After having art work shipped from Boston to Jupiter arrive in shambles Louise was able to remotely walk me through the process of getting my pieces fixed. On top of which she was able to turn around repairs on a super short time line. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond for me! Superb customer service!

Great local business with outstanding customer service. Got a very special painting of our dog framed here and the turn around time and quality were both fantastic. During the process of choosing a frame we never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Will absolutely be back for future frame needs!

As a graphic artist by career, I have spent many hours framing and purchasing framing for clients. I've used the Great Frame Up back in Michigan and was happy to see a store in my FlorIda neighbor as I purchased a print from an art show and wanted to get it framed. I was greeted warmly from the moment I walked into the shop and enjoyed working with the merchant to pick out just the right matting and frame for my print. The selection for both mats and frames is great, and lots of creative framing examples fill the walls. I'm really pleased with the quality and outcome of my project, and it was completed ahead of schedule...bonus!

Walked in with a 24x36 framed Dan Marino signed Miami Dolphins T-Shirt. A small crack in lower right corner glass. This lady comes out from the back with a mouthful of food chewing in my face and goes "gonna need a remount and a new glass ... gonna be $400-$450 plus tax". I just laughed as I picked it up and walked out. embarrassingly obnoxious. ITS A T-SHIRT. It weighs 18oz! a $30 DIY project... would have gladly paid $100. Never wasting my time walking into this place again.
