Horrible experience with Tax Pro Lisa Drahucz. No response post payment and not have give any ETA or status on the review. No response on status even after 9 business days. Forget reviewing atleast should respond the status on reveiw.

I went in with W2 and right off the bat I was told that my company didn't take out enough in taxes and that I would probably have to pay in around $1,000. I found that odd because I claimed 0. I went and found a CPA and gave him all my credentials and he just called me and informed me that I am getting a refund of 7,200. That's quite a difference.

Carl was very informative and helpful. Explained things in ways my wife and I could understand. I don't know if I would go back to HR Block as a company, but I liked working with Carl.

I've with doing my taxes with H&R Block for a couple of years and it's a very fast and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Martha if you're looking for help with getting your taxes done!

worst tax office and people i have ever dealt with!!! do not go to this office!!! john is an idiot and is too old to be working there!!! he has no idea what he's doing and neither does anyone working there!! i wish i could give this awful place zero stars!!!! waste of time. do not bother!!!

My husband dropped off our documents at H&R Block, Jupiter Square. After three months we have not had my taxes done. Moreover, our drop off location closed permanently without any notice as to where customers should go to retrieve them. Heather, our original advisor, went out on leave and passed them on to at least 2 other advisors including managers and no one had a clue as to where our docs were. After weeks of numerous calls and no replies, we spoke to yet another manager telling him to give back our original docs! They said we should download them from the website. We said “no” they still have not completed our taxes and wanted our original documents back. They said okay and to call them back in a week and they would have them.Exasperated, a week later, again with no response, we called Corporate’s Customer Service to find their new location, West Indian Town Road, Jupiter. When we called, we said we were coming to retrieve our original docs., no copies, the ORIGINALS. They said “fine.” When we got there, they gave us a folder. We asked, “are these our originals.” They said YES.” Well bet you can guess, they were copies. Absolutely unbelievable! They blatantly lied.A shame how a billion dollar company hires incompetent advisors who handle important personal financial documents. Finally they admitted that our originals were “probably in storage.” What?!?!? We demanded they get them or there would be other means of retrieval. This nightmare is still pending as we continue to wait for our original docs. PLEASE, BBW!

There was no record of my previous filings from the past 6 years, despite my having done them all in the same location. Price was quoted at $80. The return was completed, then 'Oh, I forgot to add this. Your cost is now $135"

We had an appointment with this gentleman Bis. We waited over 20 minutes although someone else told him that some clients were waiting for him. When he finally showed up, he went to the desk to serve a man who had walked up to the place literally 30 seconds before he came. I called for someone and told them what had happened, he went to tell Bis that we were the client who had been waiting for him. Bis did not come to talk to us directly and told his colleague to tell us to wait another 15 min. What in the world?We left and will never return to this office again.Maybe his behavior saved us some headaches because a lady came to get returns for her mother and her paperwork could not be located.Don’t waste your time, do your taxes somewhere else.
