I've been a customer for over 6 years. I've bought multiple bikes (both new and used) and sold some used bikes with J-Town. They've done countless tune-ups and repairs on our bikes. I've always been happy with the outstanding service they provide and their exceptional knowledge of sizing with the various bikes.

I've had my bike repaired here a few times. Super happy with the service. Very fast turnaround time. Reasonable prices. Thank you to the gentleman who helped load my bike in the back of my truck for me. We will be returning customers :)

Purchased an electric bicycle at Christmas time online not from JTown bike but since it’s the neighborhood store, I figured that if I ever needed service, I could take it there three weeks ago. The back tire went flat. I brought it in the gentleman at 10 o’clock in the morning told me it would cost $39 to fix the tire and then I had to pick it up before they close because a bike like this. The battery will explode because I didn’t buy it from them and he had an attitude problem make a long story short I picked the bike up the next day. The tire was flat, I took it back a couple days ago. He said to me that there was glass in the tire yet there was not one piece of glass anyway to be seen visually and there was no cut in my tire again. He said he put a new tube in it overnight. The tire was flat. They won’t help me out at all. I spent $75 there in the last three weeks. I will never go back there again and he was rude and inconsiderate .

Super Knowledgeable staff, very friendly and very fairly priced. They helped me out a number of times with all 5 bikes we have for our family. I won't go anywhere else.

Jeff and his team are the best! Made the mistake of buying a kids online and it was junk. Real quality bikes, knowledgeable friendly staff and a local Jupiter small business. Highly recommend!
