I thought that since this is a large well known company that I would be satisfied with the experience, instead I had a big problem with Steven Robbins, I can't believe that he filled out my husband and my return and left my name completely out of the file. I spoke with a Manager and no help there but she decided to refund my money and be done with it. I know that if it was another tax expert they would have helped me amend and write a letter to the IRS. It was the worst experience I've ever encountered. I have told numerous people in my circle of friends, stay clear of this company.

Dilia was awesom! She got both my W2 forms done in 35 minutes and was very delightful to talk to and meet and gave me great advice on how I could get a better tax return next year.

Kevin was very helpful and through at filing my return yesterday. He worked to help me get a return that would make sense in what documents to include to get me the best outcome. Recommend him and Stephen as well, who filed mine last year.

$579 to file my taxes with this company and they don’t even E-File? What a rip off. I also didn’t receive a copy of my taxes, only the copy to send to the feds and the state, which cost me $12 to mail both. I called to get a copy printed 3 day ago with no return call. What a pitiful company. I’d never use them again or recommend anyone to sit them.

I have been with Jackson Hewitt I think for the Last 5 Years very aware what the country is going through but I was very disappointed when I had appointment and nobody showed up there was a total of three more times when my appointments were cancelled I took time off of work and I thought I should have been compensated due to all the cancellation I will continue using Jackson Hewitt but I was very disappointed
