“I wound up at JR Colombian Emeralds after an extensive search for a reputable and responsive jeweler capable of producing custom emerald jewelry. After originally selecting an available ring from their website, I decided that a custom piece is what I was really after and sent a request to their inbox asking if it was too late to amend the order. Laura called me back fairly quickly and helped me select the perfect stone for the centerpiece of the ring we would design together. Over the following weeks, Laura and I spoke on the phone and exchanged emails many more times as we worked through the draft design and individual elements of the finished ring. She was professional and proactive without being intrusive or assertive, and always super friendly with the most pleasant way of communicating with you. In the end, I wound up with an absolutely stunning ring for my wife that will undoubtedly be a family treasure for generations. Thank you Laura and the entire JR Columbian Emeralds team!”

“My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here. They are beautiful, high quality, and were priced fairly! The staff helped me clean my engagement ring when we purchased the wedding bands and told me to come back before the wedding so they could do another polish. They helped me out again and even did a treatment to keep the white gold bright and beautiful, and they did this all without charge! The staff is so friendly and the jewelry is gorgeous; I highly recommend!”
