Very disrespectful and the attendant had lousy additude. It was my first and last time going to Jiffy Lube. The business should evaluate who they representing them.

Friendly service techs for sure. My largest complaint (hence the 3 star rating) is the "Smoke and Mirror's" pertaining to the service. Oil change should be an oil change, regardless of capacity of engine oil. My vehicle takes 5.9 qts of oil, they charged extra $12.99 for the 6th quart....on top of a fee of $89.99 for a "semi-synthetic" oil change. And coupons?? Presented them w/ a $25.00 coupon, which ends up being about a break even by the time they add on for the taxes, disposals, filters, etc......

I went in from an oil change.
I don’t know the name of the guy but he kept telling me I needed things that I didn’t need trying to upsell me. To top it off he tried to say my spark plugs were bad. They are not. He tried to tell my oil fluid was bad.. it is not. I went to my mechanic after my visit there and I was told mom of what he claimed was wrong with my car was wrong.
The guy tried to say my coolant was comepltely empty.. and again it it is not. The coolant is full.
A guy named William working there asked why he said my coolant was empty when it was full. William is the only reason why this place isn’t getting a 1 star review. He was a pleasure, very helpful and told me why I actually needed in my car which is simply changing the break pads from the back tires.
Everything the other guy was trying to sell me I don’t need. So dishonest so unprofessional. I will never go back to them.
At least they have William there who actually cares for his customers and is not trying to scam people.

Absolute nightmare. Had to keep returning to get my car fixed because their mechanic is incompetent. This dread headed coworker started screaming and threatening his fellow employees in front of all of us. You’ll come in for an oil change and they’ll try to scam you into spending 2 grand! Total embarrassment and it should be shut down or have the staff replaced.

Extremely over charged for an oil change. My coolant was not toped off. For the amount of money paid you would think that it would of been taken care. Will not return.

My 22 year old daughter took her car to jiffy lube on Indiantown in Dec 2023 and paid for an oil change. She saw them put oil in the car. In Sep 2024 she went to Valvoline on Indiantown and was told that she had a quart more oil than she should have and it was VERY dirty. The mechanic at Valvoline asked where she had it serviced last. My daughter couldn’t remember. They explained that whoever did it did NOT drain the old oil but just overfilled it by adding too much oil. We looked it up on her credit card and it was Jiffy Lube. We do NOT trust Jiffy Lube on Indiantown!

Scammed me for an oil change $140… doesn’t make any sense at all, a filter at Walmart costs 25 bucks. Took my cabin filter and filled it with stuff from outside. Also scammed the guy waiting in front of me inside poor guy

Came in a few months back cause my AC was blowing hot air, paid $200 for a freon recharge they suggested which didn't do anything. Came back and they said the compressor was blown and would be $700 to replace. Took it to Goodyear down the road instead since my compressor was only a year old, turns out it was a blown fuse and only cost me $20. If the compressor was blown they would have known that when they tried to fill it with freon and made me pay $200 for it.

Never have high expectations when changing oil, but the guys here were great! Friendly, professional and most importantly, HONEST. I will go back.

Quick and awesome service from Vernon! I was in and out of there in the blink of an eye.
Went there a second time. Hand the best experience with the most handsome and strong looking technician named Brandon! He was clearly the best part of the store.

Great place to get work done on your vehicle. I was in and out very quickly and the staff is so friendly. Definitely ask for Bernard, he is knowledgeable, honest, and will treat you like a valued customer. I will be recommending anyone I know that needs work done to go see him.
