Great place to stay! Staff is incredibly friendly and will make sure you are welcome and have what you need. Not very great for walking, be ready to drive in and out and to places you want to go (if you even want to go anywhere else).Nearby activities: Nice park near-by for exercise, and a beach out back.Walkability: Unless you want to go to the hotel restaurant, plan to drive for a nice meal.

I am on my last day here at the resort. Initially, I wanted to give it 5 stars as I was very happy the first day here (booked 4 nights). Location is very nice and rooms are very pretty and clean. I had a massage the first day which seemed to exacerbate a problem in my neck and back. I was in extreme pain the following day and had to go to urgent care. I did not have a car, therefore, had to Uber to urgent care, pharmacy and back to resort. Not the hotel’s problem, however , I was taken aback by the fact that the concierge called me as she knew how upset I was, asked me if they could get me dinner for my room, I said, yes, please , something easy like gingerAle and chicken nuggets. Got the meal and was given a charge for it. Keeping in mind that I was spending approx $750 per night ( with tax etc) a $20.00 bill is insignificant, however, it does show the mentality of this resort, very cheap and will charge for everything. Also, the spa was made aware that I was in extreme pain and still charged me for the service. Honestly, IFind that unacceptable as I was in pain for the remainder of my stay. The people who work here try very hard; wait staff, pool/ beach people, etc. They deserve major kudos. I gather it is the management’sPolicy to make sure that every penny is accounted for. FYI, my totalBill to date is $3600. (Food, that spa service, etc). I think if I were them, I would have tried a bit harder to accomodate a guest. I was sincerely hopi g this would becomeMy go-to hotel here in Florida.

We spent a week at JBRS and had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, room perfect. Very much appreciated the shelving in the bathroom- perfect for storing personal items. The new restaurant is beautiful and the food there and at the beach/pool restaurant delicious and chef accommodating. Beach is lovely, but was a bit rough for me to swim while there, but the pool was great. Also, Beth at the 'beach' was great!

A month ago, I went to the Resort (for the day) with my family, to enjoy lunch. After lunch, we planned to enjoy some time on the beach. (We had our own towels). We went from the deck of the resort, assuming that would be able to go through it (after being regular guests of the resort and being eaten lunch day).A security man, from the hotel, stopped us, and told that that we werent authorized to use the deck to go to the beach.I was with my 3 kids, and ask him to go from there, considering that we already was there for the day.I understand the private policies of the resort, but telling me that he would call the police, and being rude and unpolite is totally unaceptable. We come to the resort every year, since the last 5 years ( at least). Its very unfortunately, that we have such an unpleasant and frustrating experience.I hope this can be re-evaluate for future guests.

Weeks later, we're still absolutely gushing over the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa; it was the perfect venue for our wedding. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food to luxurious facilities, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for a better location or set up. They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the weekend starting with the amazing valet staff and their top notch events team led by Meredith that helped ensure that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. We hosted our welcome party on the sand dune which was set up perfectly with string lights, a bar and a food station with some tables. We stayed in the newly renovated , gorgeous 1 BR corner unit penthouse which was perfect for the ladies to get ready as the natural light was amazing, not to mention ample space and the breathtaking views. Meredith generously sent up some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries which were such a nice touch! The ceremony was on the sand dune and guests were in awe of the view (we also lucked out with absolutely perfect weather). The cocktail hour was on the terrace which also had amazing ocean views as well as surrounded by the lush seagrapes. The Ballroom was the perfect space for our guests (about 118) and guests are still telling us how fantastic the food was, how there was an abundance of food provided throughout the day and how every detail was perfectly executed. The package we chose for our wedding really did include so much food and nice little touches like the gelato bar and late night snacks! You definitely get a good bang for your buck! We could not recommend the Jupiter Beach Resort enough, and can't wait to return for future celebrations. It's definitely well-worth the investment for a beautiful, love-filled weekend! Thank you Meredith and staff for a wonderful celebration.

What an absolute nightmare experience it was for my mom who I booked a weekend trip for. First and foremost, when they tell you you get a credit for incidentals, get that in WRITING. We were told $300 upfront, and that quickly became $100 after we made a point to ask THREE times how to use that credit. The valet parking was a surprise, as was the parking FEE on top of that. As others have said, they nickel and dime you to death here and the beach access and accommodations were not even remotely worth the over $2,000 price tag. When you question the fees, the staff gets rude and defensive, which is very unbecoming of a “resort”: My advice: just book a Hilton or other chain to save yourself from the headache we had.

I stayed at the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa in December 2023 and had a great stay. Everyone I met was kind and helpful. I want to shout out to Jarrod at the front desk. He helped me even before my stay at the resort. Valet parking and on-site laundry services are available. There's also an on-site restaurant and beachfront access.

I called the hotel on 2-10-24 at around 10pm at night as I had some friends that u found out were in town in Jupiter. I made a reservation at this hotel by mistake and contacted them immediately the next day on 2-10-24. By phone and email. I spoke with front desk Shayla Saturday morning who told me she would have manager Danielle Merritt contact me back around 4pm regarding my cancelation as the policy they have is " 7 days prior to arrival and a refund will not be granted". I never got a call so I called around 5pm, I spoke with from the desk Lindsay, who stated Danielle is not in today but that she would have 1 of the other managers contact me about my refund request. I get a call that night, at 11:15pm, from Teresa, 1 of the managers. I explain to her my issue that I booked at wrong hotel and I'd hoped that being I very promptly recognized my error the hotel would understandably refund me back my $866 for 1 night.....Teresa didn't seem really that interested in my issue but said she would relay my request back to upper management to review. I then get a email from Danielle on 2-11-24 stating no refund is allowed due to hotel policy. This is outrageous and completely wrong to do to somebody. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and I will reach out to Ocean Beach Property who owns this Opal collection. If you make a reservation here, you better plan to keep it since this hotel doesn't do well at all with cancelations. Terrible way to do business.

We had a very pleasant stay! Upon check in you get Prosecco and daily between 3-7 they serve David’s cookies and Prosecco. The room was an ample size and the views of the ocean were amazing. We booked an oceanfront king with Murphy bed. Our doors opened to the ocean waves and we couldn’t get enough of the crashing thunderous sound. The third floor is perfect as we were able to take in the waves and palm trees. The hotel is very clean and our room was immaculate. They provided plenty of towels and the Nest toiletries are standard for the Opal chain. The decor of the room is contemporary and very comfortable. We had two spa treatments that were okay. The hot tub was very nice but parents didn’t manage their kids with it and the staff didn’t attend to it either. The Latitude restaurant: we ate dinner here and it was excellent. The portions are “controlled” meaning on the smaller side so if you are hungry you will need appetizers as there is no bread service. Breakfast was disappointing. They couldn’t get outpaced eggs right and service took a long time. The bread for toast always fell apart. One morning we had thick applewood bacon and the next it was supper thin and barely cooked. In the evening it is super quiet so there isn’t any real night life. The beach is a bit challenging as there is very little beach to work with due to it being washed away.
