Outstanding, responsive service and I will call Jupiter Electronics without hesitation anytime I have an electronic appliance repair problem. I work in the consumer appliance industry and called Jupiter for repair of a home cooktop appliance that stopped working, and was impressed by knowledge of the brands, units, issues and solutions as well as the high integrity demonstrated by both the research into repair specifications and the final recommendation to replace a trouble-prone unit.

Wayne, gave us quick and fair advice, to elaborate most technicians would have proposed to review the problem charge a $$$, only to say can’t be repaired. Wayne outright knew the problem identified it was a costly affair and not worth the time and effort.

? I called to asked if it will be worth it to repair our 55" LED TV. Very honest person told me that it will not be worth it a all. And I should not waste my time. Very pleasant experience on my part.

I called and had 2 ovens, a microwave oven and a washer that needed servicing. The man that answered was abrupt and seemed disinterested in helping. He said he did not know when he could schedule someone and would call me on Monday. It is 3 weeks later and I have never heard from him. Don’t waste your time.

Wayne arrived as scheduled and promptly replaced our defective LG refrigerator compressor. Very satisfied, great service!

Wayne quickly diagnosed our 2 year old LG’s bad compressor and swapped it out in no time. LG originally scheduled another company that couldn’t come until the following week but Wayne was able to respond over the weekend so we had LG transfer the service call to Jupiter Electronics. We will definitely call him again for any problems with our appliances.

Our 10 year old LG electric range produced an error message and would not heat the oven. I called Jupiter electronics and got in touch with Wayne. He asked for the make & model #. He said he could come out the next day. He called twice that day to say he had to pick up a part in West Palm Beach. He called again to say he was on his way to my house. In about 45 minutes, the oven was up and running. For a very reasonable service call price, Wayne saved us about $1,200 for a new range. Professional, competent, and qualified we highly recommend Wayne and Jupiter Electronics for your appliance repairs.

We had a compressor go on our 2 year old LG refrigerator. Wayne came out and had it up and running within an hour. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We won’t hesitate to use him again if the need arises.

Wayne at Jupiter Electronics is amazing! He is honest, friendly & really knows his field with 20+ years of experience. My less than 10 months old LG dryer was popping the circuit. LG sent him out on 11/24/20 to check it out. I am so thankful they did as now I have a great reliable company to use for any future appliance repair. I definitely recommend him. He was great during our appointment & took his time. Wayne did a great job of explaining everything. He gave us some great tips not just on our LG dryer but also our LG refrigerator & other brand appliances. He actually spoke to my electrician on my phone to share the information he was getting from his readings. Wayne was very communicative before, during & after our appointment. He even called the next morning to follow up.

Fantastic service from an honest hardworking professional. We received invaluable advice and a lightning fast repair. Our technician was careful to socially distance and take precautions in our home which was so appreciated in these times. Five stars for sure.

Our refrigerator and freezer stopped working a little over two years after it was purchased. I called LG and they set up an appointment for me with Jupiter electronics. Wayne came out, diagnose the problem within minutes, had it fixed shortly thereafter. Highly recommend!!!
