Great staff and beautiful facility but it is lacking in one very basic (but critical) way. I was here recently with my infant daughter who just before our appointment had a "blow out". Because it was just her and I we went to the men's restroom. After a quick assessment of the facilities I came to realize there was no changing table and NO counterspace to lay a child down. So now I am juggling my daughter around who just had a blow out, trying to change her and not make a mess of her, myself or the restroom... As a patient and as a parent I have grown accustomed to only the best experiences at Jupiter Medical facilities. In one basic way we are missing the mark here. A changing table in a restroom should be as universal as a sink and a toilet.

I needed bloodwork for my doctor done. Contacted Quest Labs and they wanted close to $400 for a simple Blood Test. My doctor’s assistant recommended coming to the Jupiter Medical Center outpatient laboratory and I couldn’t be happier! I went in without an appointment ,registered, paid the bill, a whooping $25, blood drawn and out the door in under 10 minutes!Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. That was the nicest doctor visit I’ve ever had. The staff should be commended.

I've been coming here for my blood test at the outpatient lab for 4 years now. I have never been bruised when they were taking my blood. The people at the registration desk are polite and professional. My doctor cannot fax my lab order in but if I bring it with me I hand it to them at the desk. It takes a while for them to check me in but after that everything runs very smoothly. I would not go to another lab here in Palm Beach county

I was here last year for a mammogram and it went very poorly. I'm in my 50's so I have had a lot of mammograms. I'm quite fit and healthy by the way, run and bike weekly. The technician actually harmed me during the procedure, never happened to me before. Thankfully my son is in the medical field and helped me recover the rest of the week after the procedure. I will not return here. I've referred many other women to this center in the past but no more. I actually stopped going to the doctor because of this one event.

We waited 3 1/2 hrs to get an mri. It was a trying experience and at the end of it the dr told us the mri was not good enough to determine a final result.

Had an appointment at 6:30p. Was there 15 minutes early. Was told I would need to wait until after 7:30p to be seen. Jupiter Medical Center is more of a circus than a hospital. Shame on them.

DO NOT GO HEREThey billed my insurance company $650.00 for a simple 2 image chest X-ray. I ended up paying $366 of that. I went to a non JMC lab for the CT of my lungs. $225 out of pocket. This has to be insurance fraud.The day after I wrote this review I received another bill for the radiologists fee to read the x-ray.

Not a good experience, besides the waiting time, one of the ladies on the windows is rude as can be. We are the customers paying for our services, and they tread us like we are going to them to beg. They have a job because we and are insurance pay them. Just gave a little bit a power to someone and they abuse.

Horrendously unprofessional CT tech who shouted at me because I questioned the use of the IV and told me they are looking for cancer. My own doctor never said that to me!

Phenomenal. Organized, efficient, friendly every desk. Cannot say enough good things of the MRI tech, Joseph. My daughter was terrified to have a brain scan, is claustrophobic and suffers seizures. I was afraid she would start having seizures since stress and fright trigger it. Joseph was animated, friendly, patient and related well. He took it slow, explaining everything and made her feel relaxed. She got through it because of him. Thank you Joseph!

Avoidable delays. Entire 5 bay service windows empty for several minutes at a time as staff chit chat. Not professional or fair for people that had set times and other things to get too. Looks like they put a lot of money into location and architecture and design so now time to put more into management training and service. Very nice people but appointment time was not honored and it was not busy.

Billing issues. Opted out of insurance. They accepted my cash payment for MRI and Radiologist fee and then still billed my insurance company and came to me for additional fees. This has happenned twice, two separate occasions despite being diligent. Based on my experiences, I would not be suprised if others have the same issue. As an attorney that is diligent, and has no problem writing letters and using resources available, it was a difficult process because the billing department admits the mistake and tells you it has been corrected but it’s not. I can’t imagine what others go through as this took a year of numerous calls, emails and letters to resolve. Not the brightest nor best supervisors. It is frustrating.
