AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!I went there on a Saturday morning because my tongue was swelled up and solid white. I did not think it was "life and death", but it certainly was concerning and frightening & it was the weekend. The doctor came in, did not even introduce himself and said “What makes you think this is an emergency?”Now since I did not go to medical school, I am not sure if a swollen white tongue is an emergency, which is why I went there for help!!Doctor was arrogant, and basically told me “I cannot help you”. He just left and shortly thereafter someone came in with my discharge papers.No help, no advice, no prescription… I was “Finished” before they even completed my insurance information. It should also be noted they were not busy at all.Here is the kicker – I got a $1500 bill!!!! This is unbelievable! So I got ZERO help and they deemed it necessary to charge me and my insurance that much money. This place should be ashamed of themselves. How can a company justify charging me that much money for doing nothing??

I must give Eureka Herrington 5 stars for helping me out today with scheduling my scans. Eureka was so kind, so understand and helpful. She understood how nervous I was and how fast I must get in to get this done before I see my Dr again. She asked me all the correct questions to help me speed up the process. I have heard wonderful things about Jupiter Medical and was blessed today to get Eureka on the phone to help me and I can see why so many of my friends will only go to Jupiter Medical because of how well they are treated. Thank you for having Miss Herrington. Excellent customer service and she cared about me.

Extremely rude staff. Don’t care at all about the patients. Just doing day to day motions and doesn’t listen to patients. ER sticks you in a hallway full of other people that can hear your conversations with the doctor. Never get any privacy. Treat you in the ER lobby as well.

Compassionate and kind clinical staff and volunteers. In our case, care coordination and a plan of care was lacking. No MD or Case Worker for three days.

If you need any bit of care, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. The triage area for the ER was great, but then they dump you off in the hallway to wait for hours in a row of seats. And the young nurses at the desk will sit there and show zero sympathy for you and also talk about you to where you can hear. I know ERs are busy. But the level of patient concern and care from nurses under the age of 30 is the worst I’ve ever seen.

Had our baby at jupiter medical center with Dr Gordon. Nurses and Doctor were incredible! Top tier choice for palm beach county!

The building and people are nice. They are grossly understaffed- my cna had 15 patients the other day. She is supposed to have 8-10.The drs are too busy to make rounds so they send well dressed 20 something’s to do their rounds. Completely useless bc they can’t answer your questions.I had terrible blood pressure problems and they denied me a cpap machine even though it was ordered and I use one daily. My oxygen was low and the cna left my room and never came back with a simple tube. How do you treat hypertension without the correct tools?I asked for 3 days for the cpap and a shower and was denied, spent the 5 nights on the same sheets, and the cleaning lady used water to clean and sterilize my room bc she doesn’t like the smell of the chemicals. So the entire place is filthy but looks clean. They were leaving saline syringes in the top of the used needle bin and injecting it in my veins.I think the nurse that gave me Covid was the one whose gloves smelled like chicken wings. She walked around touching everyone with the same gloves on, so now I have Covid.The nurses are great when they are able to see you. But with 10 or more patients they don’t have time. Almost every nurse was great, but if you can’t get a shower or a clean sheet, they are understaffed in the worst way.Unfortunately I have to drive 40 mins to get to this hospital bc again unfortunately it’s the best you will find. Not goodIf you are going to let a hospital kill you, at least this one is aesthetically pleasing. One day I will be terminal, hopefully a long time from now. I will die at home rather than slowly fade away bc of red tape.

I would give this hospital a 4 for cleanliness but unfortunately what was once the best is now the last place I would want to go.1. A few years ago my mom went to Jupiter and was told she had no fractures, she had 6 and required immediate surgery (had to go somewhere else)Last year I was told I had an infection in my mastoid was then sent to a trauma hospital only to find out I did not have anything like that. The pain was caused by TMJ. Billed me over 100,000 between both hospitals.In December I went in for a hurt foot and was told I may have a sprain but nothing broken,I had to ask for a wheelchair, asI couldn’t bare weight, the next day my foot was still just as bad, after seeing an orthopedic I learned my tibia was broke,A bone was dislocated and I tore my tendon.And last Tuesday, my friends child broke and dislocated elbow and was also sent home with a “sprain”I’m not sure who is in charge of reading this X-rays/mri’s but they should look into a different line of work.I’m very disappointed. Multiple mis diagnosis.Someone should be held responsible.

I was checked in here because I have pneumonia and blood clots on my lungs and when it comes to sleeping time, they give me no painkiller so I feel like I’m being constricted by a snake again and they expect you to sleep the most preposterous thing I’ve ever heard of my life

The new wing for surgery is beautiful. The waiting area is very comfortable with a out door area. Complimentary coffee and tea. The staff was very pleasant. Extremely clean. Parking is tough however they do offer Valet. All areas and restrooms were very clean. Gift shop offers a lot of items reasonably priced. Doctors are excellent. Highly recommended. Although you can get a little lost with all the different areas.

Deceptive practices. For a hospital that actually does good work and takes care of patients. Well, their billing practices are extremely deceptive. I have no choice, but to pay this bill even though I was never informed about it. Obviously, it is something they slide into the consent package. I am happy to pay for everything I have been informed of and owe. But when I get a bill from a third-party physician practice, that seems deceptive. Beware of a company by the name of envision physician services. They are the ones who will be billing you extra.At the time of signing consents, make sure to ask about any extra charges that are not listed, but that you will be billed for. What a disappointing experience.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!! Went here for some imaging - 1 MRI and 2 X-Rays. NEVER AGAIN!!! Shortly after the visit I started receiving two separate bills for the same visit. After calling both billing parties, I come to find out that this hospital charges you for just stepping foot in the facility in addition to the treatment! So now I'm on the hook for $2000+ of medical bills. This is absolutely absurd for an MRI and two X-Rays. For reference I had a single specialized X-Ray performed at a hospital in WPB and I received a single bill for less than $100. Why is our medical system in this country completely broken??? Oh yeah its due to corporate greed! This is exhibit A!STAND AGAINST HEALTHCARE FRAUD AND GREED AND AVOID THIS HOSPITAL LIKE THE PLAGUE!
