Rent quite often from Value Store It in Jupiter and always have a great experience…trucks are always ready for my pick up time and Barbara and Burt are a total pleasure to work with. They always make the process super smooth and are very professional. Will continue to choose this facility for my truck renting needs. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with U-Haul at Value Storage. The facility is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very organized, which immediately made me feel confident storing my belongings there. It’s hands down one of the best places for storage safe, spotless, and easy to access.
What really stood out was the customer service. Burt and Barbara were absolutely amazing! friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure everything was taken care of.
I highly recommend this store location to anyone looking for reliable storage and outstanding customer service. Burt and Barbara truly make this place exceptional

Ms. Barbara Jeanbaptiste was very helpful, kind, and patient with both the unit rental and uhaul truck rental. The storage unit area was very clean and the rental process was very smooth. The welcome package with the lock, and other items was very thoughtful and useful.
