Good Customer service is hard to find these days and Candice was a breath of fresh air. I was with my elderly client on Friday to pick up a few items and Candice went out of her way to help me load a few things . I couldn't be more grateful for her .

Great experience renting a storage unit. The facility is clean and well lit. Sachiko was super helpful and graciously held our unit while we had to leave during the registration process. We were able to pick up where we left off as soon as we returned and everything went very smoothly.

Not even one month in, I was given a rate increase. I objected, and was told there is no “lease” so-to-say. They advertise one price, to hook you in, then a rate hike not even a month later.
I must say though…Clean facility and exceptional service. Friendly, caring personnel, and convenient hours of operation. . It’s climate controlled, which I found very cool every time I was there.
Just heads-up on the rate hikes. Sign something committing to one price.
My bad I assume.
