Buyers beware. I was in this pharmacy several weeks ago to fill my medication only to find out they don’t except insurance at least not for my medication which totally was a lie. Not only did they refuse my insurance, but they wanted almost 4x the amount of money to fill my medication which should’ve only cost roughly $70. The pharmacist told me it would be $360 .. It was absurd. .I have never been in a pharmacy like it.They always have an excuse saying medication is in short supply, etc. whatever they need to say to make themselves Justify their outrageous prices. I will never step foot in that pharmacy again. They should be ashamed of themselves, people are just barely getting bye feeding them selves and surviving and now they have to worry about outrageous medication, prices which is uncalled for. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for doing that to people. I hope people see you for what you’re Pharmacy is and stop going. There .You
are the worst pharmacy I have ever been at in the past 20 years as far as price gouging goes charging 300% more than what the medication should cost. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. God bless and be aware of this place.Stay away.

The pharmacist is the most helpful and considerate I have ever met. Especially Reggie, who patiently helped me resolved availability issues, suggested ways to reduce costs and answered my questions very promptly! (Unlike some big pharmaceutical chains, where employees do not care and can be even rude)

Poor/rude customer service and communication. Attempted to charge 4x other pharmacies for my prescription. After I advised I don’t have a choice right now I’ll come pick up they proceeded to tell me they still don’t have leaving me to go elsewhere for my much needed medication. This is people’s health and they mislead and try to take advantage of people.I would have left 0 stars if I could have.

I’ve tried all of the Cvs, Walgreens and mainstream pharmacies and at all of them I have always felt as if I’m at the mercy of the pharmacy tech and whatever mood they happen to be in, as if they are doing me a big favor for filling my prescription. Margate Pharmacy is nothing like any of those other places and actually treats their customers like human beings and even show appreciation for you giving them your business by showing you the best possible customer service. I’ve never had such an easy in-and-out experience in a pharmacy before and I hope this place stays around in Jupiter cause it sure does make a difference finding a place you enjoy rather that just tolerate. One of the gentlemen that work there who goes by Reggie is a wizard when it comes to helping through those tricky insurance situations that arise so often in the world of filling medications and he could be a nicer guy while helping until all is figured out or you walk away happy. Great addition to Jupiter, Indiantown area.
