I’ve been seeing Dr. Perrotti for years and followed him to this office. I love my doctor but the front office is abusive and just plain atrocious. They go above and beyond to make you uncomfortable to a level of aggravation that will put me on blood pressure medication and anti-depressants. Wendy, the office manager should never hold a position where she deals with actual humans. Especially humans who are visiting for medical reasons. I wouldn’t let her clean bed pans for dementia patients in prison.

I’ve been wanting to write this review for quite a while, but now that it’s the end of the year, I am going to get it done!! I have known Dr. Perrotti for almost 7 years. I followed him to MD Florida, because he is a true professional,!!Not only has he always been there for me when I was not feeling well he always listens and gives me the best advice. I will never go anywhere else !!Recently had an eye emergency, dr. Perrotti made sure that I had my referral for my surgery ASAP!!Well, I can say is if you are new to the area. ‘ and in need of a great doctor I woulds highly recommend you will not be sorry ,they also have a clinic for dental work called Dentistry by Design, which he made me aware of, and I spent four months over the summer having all my teeth fixed great company!!George Scott Keenan

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Dr. Perrotti. He is a excellent doctor with the experience, dedication and commitment to provide outstanding care to his patients. He is one of the most personable physicians and does his very best to make you comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He gets to know his patients and is so easy to talk to. He truly listens to your concerns and is very professional. I would 100% recommend Dr. Perrotti.Thank you Dr. Perrotti for providing an outstnding level of care.

Dr. Perrotti and the entire staff at the Jupiter office are fantastic! They treat me with courtesy and respect. Dr Perrotti takes great care of me and spends the necessary time to make sure I understand what going on with my care. He even calls me himself and will take my call when I have a question or concern, which is very rare today! Thank you Dr Perrotti and your staff for all you do for me. Sharif Mikhail

DR. PERROTTI SEEMED TO BE A VERY NICE PERSON. UNFORTUNATELY THE OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. I HAD A NUMBER OF ISSUES WITH MY PRESCRIPTIONS . I RECEIVE MY SCRIPTS BY MAIL THEY WERE SENDING THEM TO LOCAL PHARMACY. I NEVER REQUESTED THEM. I WENT TO THE OFFICE TWICE TO DISCUSS AND LEFT 3 MESSAGES NONE WERE RESPONDED TO. I GOT A MESSAGE FROM THE OFFICE ON A DIFFERENT TOPIC BUT WAS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO SAY.WHEN I CALLED BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THEIR CALL. AGAIN I ASKED FOR THE DOCTOR TO PLEASE CALL ME BACK TO NO AVAIL. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY ,SPOKE WITH OFFICE MANAGER ,EXPLAINED 3 OR 4 TIMES I WANTED TO HAVE THE DOCTOR CALL ME TO NO AVAIL. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

Marlén, Madeline have been here since we stared coming to this office they are very polite and hard workers. We also just meet the new patient coordinator Peruvian she was very helpful with us. So happy to say this office is great.

I really recommend this facility, I'm seeing Mrs. Carol Pinder for more than a year, she is very patient and caring. The girls who work there are also excellent.

Save your money and time. The current Dr. Perrotti is professional and a competent practitioner. On the other side his staff appear to be incompetent in their respective job. Communication is poor trying to get into contact with the office, either being sent to voicemail or given a vague answer on the timeline for prescription and referral to a specialist. I have had to take my time off of work to physically go into the office to inquire about the concerns. I was told the information will be sent by the end of the day to the pharmacy and specialist all to no avail. Waiting days to weeks for prescriptions and referrals to be sent off to get treatment is not proper standards. To me this is unacceptable and not professional behavior from a medical office dealing in the health of their patients. All I ask is for clear communication in a timely manner and this is not the place for such. If you value your health go see another primary until this office is straightened out.

The office has repeatedly put me on hold for over 45+ minutes. If you hang up and call back they put you straight to voice mail. I have been trying to resolve a simple coding issue for 3+ months after being assured by the manager it would be taken care of. My insurance provider even called on my behalf with me on the line and they experienced the same avoidance tactics. It is a shame because the doctors and nurses are great but the support staff is not doing their job. I have no choice but to file a grievance with the regulatory agency and find another provider. After 20+ phone calls and help from both the ladies at Quest and my insurance provider I will be forced to take off work and physically go to their office to HOPEFULLY resolve this issue.

This place is awful. Turnover rate of physicians is extremely high. I've been with them for less than three years and have had to see 4 different providers secondary to doctors leaving the practice. Go ANYWHERE else.

Absolutely bad service. Receptionists do not speak English and they have not idea how to do their job. Who ever heard of being on the phone and waiting 15 min or more for an appointment.!!!!! Had to hang up. Waiting for a referrals takes month. Referrals comes in and it sits on the desk, god knows where. Instead of call you to let you know that the referral is in so I can go ahead and book appointment. These people that work in this office are in competent and how no clue how to do their job.

Recently, there is a new doctor in this office about every year. That should tell you something. But don't expect communication about those changes. The last straw and worst experience I've had with the Jupiter office came today. I suffer from terrible migraines. I always stay on top of my medication refills but this weekend, I took the last pain med I had on Sunday/yesterday morning. Woke up this morning with another head splitting migraine, called the Jupiter office at 9:15 and requested a refill. I stressed that I was in a lot of pain and the person who answered said she would get the message to the doctor. I called again at 12:30 to ask the status and was told by someone else that new office policy states it could take 24 - 48 hours for a doctor to approve a refill..."He has many patients to see" is what I was told. Had I been made aware of the new office policy at 9:15 this morning, I would have gone to urgent care and not waited hours for nothing. I called the office back and asked for the office manager. After being on hold for five minutes, I was told "she's on break." Those exact words. Then silence. Absolute silence. No offer to have the office manager call me, no request for me to call back. Just...Nothing. So here's the bottom line: It's a very, very helpless feeling to know you will be in pain and you are at the mercy of the staff at your doctor's office and NOBODY ANSWERING THE PHONE CARES. NOT.......ONE. Read other reviews about staff conduct in the MedFlorida offices and do not give this place your business. There are other more caring, more communicative places that will offer better care. DO NOT SETTLE.

Dr. Perrotti is a very nice man.... that being said his staff up front are unprofessional and rude. Completely incompetent! I went over there on my lunch break to leave a urine sample and nearly cried to them about how important it was for me to get anti biotics for a UTI. They promised to call me that same day but were quite rude to me when I insisted I needed anti biotics having had a bladder surgery and knowing exactly what was wrong. I never heard from the staff and what was worse is they tried to tell me that I NEVER LEFT A SAMPLE! Don't go here. They loose samples and are rude and blame the patient. Dangerously irresponsible.
