Metro by T-Mobile offers unbeatable prepaid plans and 5G phones. The service is excellent and the staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, understanding, and very knowledgeable. They provide the ultimate in customer service, taking the time to walk customers through plans and answer questions. The team is great and well informative. Many customers are very happy with this location, calling it the best Metro store and highly recommending it for resolving cell issues.
After calling Metro PCS two times I went to this shop and Jonathan fixed my phone, before that I couldn't call anyone I kept getting an error message. It took Jonathan a few moments but he fixed it thank you Jonathan.
