I thought it was just me, but apparently not. There's something uniquely different about this CVS. And I'd have never thought I'd be reviewing a CVS, let alone being enamored by their service. The 5 rating is no joke. Legit. Blows away Walgreens and all that other noise. Great job Jupiter team!

Jean is by far the best employee I have ever met at a CVS. He lights up the whole place with his great attitude and joy to work, and stops at nothing to be nice to you. He knows where everything in the store is, and does not mind helping you find it. He is the only reason I keep going to this store.

Best customer service in any CVS store by far. Every staff member is pleasant, courteous and always helpful if you need help finding anything. The customer greeting when you walk in is impressive and very nice Keep up the good work!! Thank you!!

I will be changing Pharmacies as a result of my experience today. I have never had such a terrible experience anywhere to make me upset. I have never even given a bad review anywhere, however I felt compelled by the experience I had today at this CVS pharmacy. I called 3 times today in order to check on a prescription for my child. 3 times I waited on hold for over 40 minutes for the Pharmacy. 3 times I was disconnected. I called my child's pediatrician twice today to confirm that they sent in a prescription refill my child's prescription, because I did not receive a notification that it was ready for pickup from CVS. I tried to call again CVS again and was put on hold for another 40 minutes. I drove there and went through the drive thru out of curtsey since we are all sick. I wanted 20 minutes in the drive thru, now it was past 5pm when the doctor's office is closed. The pharmacist told me she did not have the call from the pediatrician. Then she told me that the insurance wouldn't approve the prescription and I would have to pay out of pocket. I said I was fine with that because my child was sick and needed the medication prior to going to sleep. My child gets severe respiratory issues every time they get sick, the medicine is essential. Then she asks me to come back later. I was really upset. After leaving the drive thru, I get a call that the prescription is ready to pick up. My husband went back to pick it up only for them to tell him that they don't have it. They sent him to another pharmacy. All of this could have been avoided if they had answered their phone and actually cared that a child got their medicine. They actually told my husband that the phone call I received that it was ready was corporate's mistake and that corporate sends out calls for no reason even if they don't have the medicine. The worst part is that I am not the only one who has had issues at this Pharmacy. I really hope corporate CVS sees this review and takes action to coach its employees to answer their phone. As I stated before, all of this could have been avoided had they answered their phone today.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru pickup line while an entire family of two vehicles took their covid tests. Another 35 minutes at the window because for second time today my meds were not prepared when they should have been.

This place is the BEST. My nephew refers to its as "the special place" He's gets a new toy and i get to wander the store is super zen mode #mypeaceplace

Brand new location, everything is organized and exactly where it should be. Bathroom was clean.
