5 Stars - Moore's Ace Hardware in Jupiter Farms. We rented a trash pump for the weekend & had to return it & all the hoses. The problem began because my wife disposed of my old wood ramps & there was no way to lift the pump back into my truck without 2 strong men. She called Ace & found that they rented ramps ($5 for 4 hours) which were perfect. She spoke to Damien and he was so helpful on the phone even helping to figure out a way to retrieve one of the hoses that was stuck in the sand & water. When I went to pick up the ramps Damien was at the service desk and he asked if I had someone to help me. Since I lived 5 minutes away (with his bosses permission) followed me home. He carefully put everything in the truck bed. Moore's Ace Hardware should be grateful to have a wonderful employee that took the extra mile for a customer, me being in my 70's, was a life saver. Thank you again Damien!

I’ve lived in the Farms with my family
for over a decade and am a frequent customer of this hardware store. The staff are incredibly helpful and ask if you need help as soon as you walk in. Jennifer greeted me at the door last night and helped me find about a dozen items on my list down many different isles throughout the store. What would have taken me over an hour at Home Depot took me about ten minutes thanks to the helpful staff. Torrie at check out was also helpful. Great job True Value on hiring quality employees.

I just had the best experience at Moore's Ace Hardware in Jupiter. I was looking for a Gozney pizza oven and saw they had it on line. I called the store and told them I was a few hours away. Jennifer offered to hold it for me and sure enough when I got there my name was on it. Ty helpd me sort out the options and I bought it. It was too big to take in my car so they offered to come and deliver it. Daniel and Burt came from the store arriving right on time and even set it up and showed me how to use it! I didn't think this kind of customer service especially from young people existed anymore...until i shopped at Moore's. Congrats to Brian and his team!

Run by kids. They don’t act responsibly and have no one to answer to. I watched a young man “jokingly” (as told to me by the manager) pointed a staple gun at his fellow employee. When asked to speak to a manager, the young man told me he was “the manager” I said “who can I speak to above you because you have done one the most irresponsible things I’ve ever seen in a hardware store”. He told me he had no number for anyone above him. When the manager was called today, he dismissed from the get go trying to get to the point where he could basically tell me he had reviewed the footage and it wasn’t that big of a deal. He then tons me he didn’t care bout losing my business. Go to the small one by Sunoco and avoid the foolishness here.

I give 5 stars for taking the time to help.i was in a jam and needed a odd size steel pin.we couldn't find a match on the shelves but ended up going through there stock in the back that most places wouldn't give the time.they found exactly what i needed.

I needed some brass NPT fittings for my new air hose, which had a 1/2-inch NPT fitting that needed to be reduced to a 3/8-inch NPT fitting. A nice young man named Ty was very helpful. He knew exactly where to find them. I was very impressed that this young man was knowledgeable about NPT fittings.
I always have positive experiences when I visit my Ace Hardware. Additionally, all the other employees were very welcoming, greeting me as I entered, and the cashier, a kind young woman named Kylie, was pleasant on my way out.
I’d like to close by saying that the store was well-stocked and very organized.
Well done to a young man named Ty and a young woman at the front cash register named Kylie.

I just eanted to give a shout out to Jen at the Jupiter Farms Ace Hardware!! Every time Ive been in the store in the past couple months Jen was able to help me out with my supplies list and made shopping super easy!! Not only was she helpful helping me find everything I needed but she made some great suggestions to help me out on some things! I was in a couple days ago and I didnt think she was there and I almost left lol , but an employee called her up to the front of the store for me and I was so relieved . Thanks Jen for always being there to help me out!!

Bought a Webber Griddle last Sunday, they went out of their way to find it in their warehouse, thank you Jennifer for that, and all the wonderful smiling faces that helped load it in our car. A great group of people.

This store is awesome. All of the employees are very nice and helpful, and every single one of them wants to make sure that you’re taken care of all of the time. The managers are exceptional. A pleasure doing business with this store! The best Ace Hardware I’ve ever been in hands down.
