We completed a load on 7/30/2024. Today is 10/21/2024. We still didn’t get paid. Phone number doesn’t work. Philip you need to pay us asap. You don’t reply to our emails as well.

We hauled a load for them on August 26th, an oversize load & it was a large amount and we still have not received payment as of October 31st. The numbers are not working and they won’t respond to any email that is sent. They are also false advertising on their website using the load that we hauled saying it picked up in AZ to MN which isn’t true. It was hauled from coast to coast. VA to WA.

Paid North American Heavy Haul invoice as the equipment arrived in our yard, July 30,2024 via Zelle. Now …. we are receiving calls from the carrier looking to get paid. Seems we are not the only company with this issue.

By far the best company i’ve used for an auto transport. Even with the dispatch center closed for a hurricane, my contact, Phillip Garcia, was super fast with communications and helped me get things scheduled. The driver was also very helpful as both cars on the trailer wouldn’t start and he kept his cool getting everything taken care of. Would definitely use them again

I did a load with them last week and everything went very well, they paid me for Zelle before I unloaded the trailer. Besides, they gave me the option to download on the weekend.
The process was pretty good and simple!!

This company agreed and contracted to pick up item within 1 week. Demanded more money than contracted amount, claiming a different trailer would be required (it was not). Picked up item about 5 weeks later. Claimed falsely that it was result of me asking them to not pick up and omitting to mention important details. I had to pay over $1K for airfare, storage fees, car rental etc. and spent 5 days in vain waiting on the load to arrive. Company did not follow agreed upon 2 simple loading conditions, despite being reminded 3 times and repeatedly promising to do so, which greatly complicated the unloading and caused alot of damage to the load. When driver came with the load, the dispatcher kept calling and pestering driver to hurry up and unload (it took under an hour to unload). As a result, the driver pestered the crew, did not cooperate with unloading procedures either, driver ordered crew around and as a result the aforementioned, the item was damaged during unloading. Also the driver impacted unloading vehicle with the trailer pretty hard while turning, apparently being in a hurry. Thankfully only paint was ripped off of the unloading vehicle since it is pretty heavy-duty.

I’m a carrier myself. I did a load back in April and haven’t got paid yet. Accounting never picks up even if you leave a voicemail…
It seems like they are great at picking up loads and covering them for customers but they don’t pay the carriers unfortunately.
