North county towing truck was driving in front of me when their truck that they were towing had the bed cover fly off because they did not properly secure the truck. The fiber glass bed cover came flying through the air and landed on my windshield/roof. They were refusing to take accountability until police showed up and said it was 100% their fault. Completely avoidable mistake and now they have damaged not only my car but the truck that they were towing. Find another towing service that will make sure that what the are towing is secure(it’s their job) and will take accountability for their mistakes.

I had to leave my car on the side of the road because it overheated and I was on my way to work. I called several towing companies and they were either closed or only available for emergency vehicles but Ivan at North County Towing answered right away and was very helpful. They had my car picked up within 30 minutes and towed to my mechanic. They charged a flat rate which was nice and the cheapest that I was quoted. Overall they made the stressful and already worrisome situation that I was in a lot better for me and gave me some piece of mind that my car was safe. Thank you!Service: Car towing

Scumbag business. Tow vehicles on the weekend but can’t get them till Monday. I will not be paying the towing fees or anything. That’s FRAUD!!!!!!!

Talked to someone who answered the phone hello and says he's the owner of the company . Wouldn't provide any information on what I can do except come in to release my car to insurance company. Tried to explain to him that I was a couple hours away and had no vehicle at this time because of the accident. Was rude because I was asking if there was anything I can do to handle it by email or any other way to release the vehicle to insurance since I can't get there at this time. Wouldn't assist me or give me any information on what to do.Service: Car towing
