Toby in the printing department was so helpful and extremely patient! I needed an order done ASAP and he took the time to make sure my project was printed timely and just the way I needed it. Great customer service! Thanks Toby!

I just want to let you know of the amazing staff you have at your Jupiter location (Office Depot). I accidentally left my wallet in your store last night. As one employee found it in the cart a customer was right behind him saying it was hers. Seemed legit since it happened so quickly. A few minutes later when I got there they said they found it and what happened. As I started ask about video and start to call the police, the one employee sternly walked up to a customer and demanded back the wallet. The woman was still in the store! The woman said she didn't have it and was appalled that she was being accused. I said I was going to call the police and let them sort this out. She immediately left the store. Needless to say, the police quickly apprehended her and recovered the wallet. I just want to say thank you for having great employees. I believe one was named Devon and the other was a young man cashier. If it wasn't for them being honest about what happened and speaking up and identifying the customer, I would have never recovered my wallet. It seems like today many employees would have never approached a customer and spoke sternly to them (he wasn't yelling, just stern) because everyone is afraid they may say the wrong thing---- however in this case the employee knew what he saw and wasn't going to put up with a theft. That one moment allowed me to quickly get the police involved to follow up. I am very grateful to these two amazing employees.

This Office Depot has an efficient curbside pick up system with only a couple minute wait after letting them know your in parking lot. They have great technical service and solution ideas for unusual problems. Seems they go the extra step in helping customers unlike some of the other large electronic stores.

These employees are always friendly and hardworking! No matter if it’s crowded or not, they help all the customers and work hard to “get it right”. I really appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness in problem-solving and just getting it done! Thanks Office Depot- Indiantown!

force their employees overload you with up sales do you want to come in and buy something you know what you want that's what you should do they offer no benefits and no pay increase for their employees who go out of their way to do all they can do no brakes and the bathroom is been broken for 5 days now no running water in the store where is the sanitation department

Every time I go into office depot my purchases ring up incorrectly! Anything that is on sale or buy two get one free never are correct in the computer. It is obvious it is not a simple error, it must be done on purpose to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers. The supervisors act like I am wrong and I prove that I am right every time. I don't need their attitude problem, either. I will buy my office supplies on Amazon from now on, it's cheaper anyway.
