Customer service is lacking. training of associates is inadequate. Staffing of departments is inadequate. A general attitude of frustration amongst the employees. And the management on duty could care less when advised of the issues. I now go to Staples and Fed Ex Office.

If you need anything at Office Depot in Jupiter, ask for Kevin. He is THE BEST. It’s finally nice to experience the high quality of customer service that Kevin offers.

Poor excuse for service. Management has no idea how to serve customers. Online communications sporadic and incorrect. Order not processed with no notice. Sad.

the reason being at the Office Depot I have Mr. K -the only African-American in the store, -who takes care of me with all my needs for the last 10 years, he is reliable, dependable very polite & respectful... this is the reason I visit your store. It is also very clean, and I must say other employees I had contact with are professional as well and helpful... you have a great team in place here... as of May 15, 2023

Store manager Devon, was so very patient and kind explaining everything to me which is hardly the case normally as 83 year olds are usually ignored in stores. His service was unexpected and so very much appreciated.

Ordered printer ink for delivery and the delivery person kept my merchandise and left someone’s order of toilet paper.Requested refund and was promised one as soon as they picked up the toilet paper. Days later and I am still waiting.
