  40% improvement after only one week witj Karen. My Achilles is about 80% back to normal after second week.

  Karen is great. Mixture of exercise and therapeutic massage. It's only been 3 weeks and I am doing more than I expected and I have much less pain. I wish I could take her back to Chicago with me!
