Thank you to Pep Boys for being there at 7 AM! I woke up to a flat time and needed to be at a conference at 8:30 AM! Dropped the tire off and they fixed it and placed it back on the car and put away the donut so I could get to my meeting!

Hello Pep Boys- JUPITER Location #0397, Let me start by saying, I am a middle age woman, my job consists of me delivering packages, so out on the highway I don’t need any kind of problems with my automobile, I needed to replace 4 tires, my first/ second visit was absolutely phenomenal, Fast, Efficient, pleasant, comfortable, my technician- Mr. David was right on time, I’m very particular when it comes too my car, OCD to be exact! And just like I exited my car, handed it over into the hands of Mr. David, it was exactly in the condition as when ii had exited my car,I also wanted too Speak on Mr Tori-The manager, His Voice/ Vocals never changes/ soft- spoken, calmly, friendly, never appeared ANGRY not one time! A People Person Excellent Customer Service!! I recommend Pep Boys Jupiter Store- #0397 too all customers..Their prices are affordable, the products/ services are TOP quality I wish I can RATE them more than 5- STARS!!! Keep up the Fantastic Work! You’re team ROCKS! Tori deserves a promotion/ David also deserves a promotion..

RK went above and beyond today. Not only did he recognize me, but he had my car fixed by the time I had asked, despite there only being one mechanic. Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service, and most especially RK for being so kind and great at customer service!

Appointment was set online for 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not leave until 1030. 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation!?

Expensive place to fix your car, I took mine to check that the tires were bad and the discs were bad and I took it to be fixed with a friend and he charged me 350 and Pep Boys was going to charge me 1200 to replace two discs and pads, he didn't tell you I recommend
