My spunky papillon was groomed by Gabby I picked her up unable to walk . Her hind legs were limp. She was no longer like a puppy. Awful!!

Thank you once again for a great class with Miss Colleen, your amazing trainer. Betsy and I just graduated from our third class “Brain Games” and together we have learned so much. Colleen is patient and kind, knowing how to handle any situation or problem that came up. You can tell she loves her job and her students love her.

I ordered food and snacks and did curbside pickup. My order was ready so thing 30 minutes and the entire process went smoothly and quickly.

Today was the best experience. I walked in with 3 young wild children and the manager handled us with such grace. My daughter asked 100000 questions have hermit crabs and she was so kind and informative. Will avoid the Alton store and go to this store. WORTH the drive. Thanks for making my daughters day!!

Colleen is an excellent dog trainer! Her energy and patience validates her 25 years of experience .. she has been doing an excellent job with Obedience training my female 15 week old German Shepherd Kona and we are looking forward to Kona’s next class. I highly recommend Colleen for training your puppy/dog!

How can you guys sell feliway knockoffs that contain only .09% of the active ingredient while feliway contains over double at 2%. So dishonest and disrespectful to our furry friends at home to be selling these products that don't even work half as well.

I’ve always had excellence service at this pet store. My family and I have completed 2 puppy training courses for 2 separate dogs at this location as well over the last couple of years. I can’t say enough good things about Colleen, she’s got patience of a Saint and kept encouraging and coaching us along the way! She loves animals and loves seeing people win with their pets. Big THANK YOU to Colleen for all that do!

They won't let you choose groomer you want, always giving you new ones and when your dog gets hair building up behind her ears they are sending you to the doctor to cut them off,I don't recommend them at all, not nice manager and some groomers, I wish I remember names

Excellent store in all areas of service! They keep all of their inventories well stocked, especially the variety and brands of food. Their cashiers are very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. It's a clean store and we enjoy shopping there!
