I love my Publix. I love the deli & subs. However there is someone who’s making the subs that mincing the tender subs into absolute mush. I mean, literal baby food texture. It’s unappetizing and it’s been a couple times now. Might have to goto another Publix to avoid the off chance I get a sub full of blended meat.

The quality and cleanliness has gone down hill here. The produce absolutely sucks.
Things are going rotten within a couple days after purchasing.
Expired dates throughout the store.

All the folks in the deli work VERY well with customers, including the deli manager. High quality, fresh food and created just the way you want it. Special thanx to Steph and Owen for best philly ive had the other morning and Jennifer the day before, geoff recently with lunch sandwiches and hospitality and attentiveness worthy of a king. These folks are well trained👉😀👏

I go to a lot of stores. I use the Deli at many places. The Deli at this Publix ( Chasewood ) is better than almost any other. The people there are quick, friendly and the meat and cheese ALWAYS fresh. I like the system they use to sticker the bags they use to fill orders so they know when it was opened. I've never seen Walmart do that !

I ordered a sub online from here an hour before pickup time. I arrived on time to pick it up. It is no where to be found, I end up waiting in line because I was unable to flag down an employee. I flagged down an employee about 20 minutes later, they still had not begun making it. 30 minutes after pickup I receive my sub. When I get to my office, 15 minutes after my lunch time is over, the sub is made completely incorrectly. What a horrible experience. I order on a weekly basis from this location, debating on keeping it in rotation, unfortunately.

Marrianna working the evening of 12/12/24 in the deli department was one of the worst deli associates I have ever dealt with. I ordered a hot sub, she was so aggressive with the bread and the meat. Chopping it up like she was Dahmer. No big deal. It’s 7:00pm. I asked for banana peppers and they were running low, she threw a fit so I politely told her I would take the last few banana peppers in the bucket. She put my sub contents in the heater and waited, took it out and walked away from my order. My ‘hot’ meat was sitting there cooling off. As my bread with mayo sat next to it. She walked OUT of the deli department, screaming at another employee to take care of “her” sub. I was Her. I stood there patiently as nobody touched my sub. Lovely marriannna came back and finished my sub. Shame on these employees, deli managers and store managers. What happened to common courtesy??? All I wanted was a sub…. God forbid

Y por supuesto que son famosos por qué tienen ofertas de paga uno llévate otro y cosas así.
