The young lady that drew my blood was the very best phlebotomist I have ever had at any time. It was necessary to take from my hand as it is quite often, and she was in my hand in 30 seconds with absolutely no pain, I have never felt more relaxed with anyone drawing out of my hand, and I am 60 yrs old. Congrats to her.
