I was very impressed. It was incredibly easy to set up the appointment. When I got there, the check-in was on my phone and I waited about 2 1/2 minutes before I was called back. I think the entire event took 10 minutes. And I was back in my car and on my way. The technician was very professional. I enjoyed the experience because it was so Incredibly efficient and clean.

My doctor's rx was no longer in the system, when it had been before, so I had to go there to pick up a copy. Then I had to reschedule another appt for over an hour and a half later, and I was still fasting. The tech drew my blood, then instructed me to leave a urine sample in a cup she had marked with a number 3, and leave it in the basket in the bathroom. There were probably 7 or 8 other cups in there, including another one with a 3 on it. There was no way for them to know which sample belonged to which patient. When my test results came to my patient portal, there was no urinalysis result shown, and I noticed that there was also none for the previous yr as well, even though samples had been left. I have left 2 messages for quest and have not gotten any response. This is aggregious and unacceptable.

Went there to get a rapid test on Oct 21. They said it would take 24-48 hours. I am now on day 10 and still no results. I keep calling and no one knows why it isn’t completed.

Erika was so patient and professional at the same time. She is a great asset for your company. There was somebody else who helped me in the screen at the lobby kindly. unfortunately i cannot remember her name, she was a kind black young girl who take the time to scan my confirmation and provide me the right appointment time for the same day.
