It is almost impossible to set an appointment on line since Corporation try to sell all kind of things, site is completely muddled with ads!No one answered the phone or a phone number expired and not updated!I have to go there in person!

Awful. packed and no human to help. insurance companies push all this wellness crap and being there for you and then send you to a computer operated , overcrowded waiting room. Motor vehicle has more warmth and caring. No, I'm not scanning my license and I'm not waiting 2 hours.. No bathroom facilities and no one was called beyond the locked doors while I was there. -Walked out and won't be back.

I have a needle phobia...and I was very stressed out going into my appointment. I arrived early but I was called back exactly at my appointment time. My phlebotomist Tamisha was EXTREMELY patient with me. She talked to me throughout the entire process and did everything in her power to calm me down. When I was a little pale and light headed after my blood was drawn Tamisha immediately went and got me water. I can not say enough kind things about Tamisha. She went above and beyond and did not judge me at all for my fears and was so very kind. Thank you Tamisha for turning something I was dreading into something that was still not great...but would have been awful without you there!

I was able to online and make a same day appointment for today, and I was called back a few minutes after checking in. I absolutely hate getting blood drawn but my phlebotomist was so good I barely felt anything. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could request her for future visits.

Overbooked and under staffed. I made an appointment online for a simple blood draw. I arrived 10 minutes early, but left 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This is not a staff problem, they're all very nice. This is a staffing problem from management.Made another appointment arrived 5 minutes early for an 8:30am appointment the waiting room was packed only 2 empty seats. I finally called by a tech at 9:03 for my blood draw.They are habitually overbooked and understaffed. No respect for patients' time

Terrible experience. Had an appointment for 9:00am. I even confirmed the day before. I arrive and check in 8:50am, I never see my name on the screen, I waited till about 9:30 then complained and they said they would see me shortly, I waited till about 10:30am. They then said they were behind to wait another hour or so. I ended up waiting till 12 and decided to just leave. This place is so unorganized and should have a front desk person to better assist and organize appointments and such thing. Terrible Service. 0 stars if I could

You never know from one visit to the next how it will go. Some techs are very nice and fast and others have a chip on their shoulder and take it out on the patients who are stressed out enough as it is. No need to say the things you say in front of everyone else. No need to get upset over questions. Just take our blood and let us move on with our lives

Appointment was at 9am, 30 minutes later they still haven’t taken me in. They routinely overbook, they have no public restroom, and there is nobody to talk to just a computer.

They run very behind even if you have an appointment. They don't offer the courtesy of letting a full waiting room know they are running behind. I asked a very rude staff member 3 times how far behind. She reluctantly answered over an hour. I had a 2:30 appt. Didn't get called till about 3:45. The phlebotomist was very nice and professional. Actually enjoyed the draws. Did about $7900 worth of tests. She stayed after closing to get all of my test drawn. Appears they have more of a corporate issue. Probably understaffed and over booking. Not a good mix.
