Almost had a heart attack when I heard the crunch of my iPhone after accidentally leaving it in the wrong spot when closing a door. Could not access the phone at all. Couldn't get an appointment with Apple and a competitors repair shop said it would be a week until a replacement screen would arrive (unless I paid a "expedite fee.") Went to Quick Phone Repair and Leroy let me use a slightly cracked screen until a new iPhone 15 Max Pro screen could arrive. Was able to use my phone the entire time, and now with the new screen my phone is better than ever. Fantastic customer service and could not recommend them higher.

Leroy was helpful, honest and efficient. I was in with a broken phone and out with a solution in under 45 minutes at a price that was very fair.

Great experience. Had a cracked phone screen that eventually wouldn't work at all. The other stores wanted significantly more to replace the screen and fix the problem.
These guys fixed it perfectly and within half the time they originally told me it would take and provided me a loaner phone to swap my number to for the day it took to order the specific screen.
Will use again and recommend.

I was in and out of here!!! Just finished paying off phone, battery was toast. Came in here no notice and Leroy had me in and out in 30 min!! Guy is a wizard! Thank you again Leroy!
