This store is ridiculous. 2 hr delivery has worked at every Sally's I've used all over the state. I have never had to schedule the delivery myself after ordering through the app and paying for delivery and tip. According to the person that answered the phone I was supposed to schedule the pickup myself and it's only her job to "make sure the right things are in the bag". "We don't offer delivery only pick up or shipping." SMH.

The customer service in the Jupiter store es terrible!! The woman who works there is extremely rude. I love the store:I’ve been going there for years but, I really don’t want to go back any more! ☹️

Jordan and Gabby are so totally awesome at Sally's! I'm in there constantly as I am a product fanatic ! Whether it's hair dye, eyelashes, nails, polish or shampoo's, I can always count on the girls to steer me in the right direction, and the pricing of their products is way less than I have gotten elsewhere. I highly recommend shopping here! Great job girls!

Very bad experience. There were 3 employees looking if I'm going to take any product. They Surround me. They make me feel very bad. Its a very prestige area with very wealthy people.

So I purchased an Ion Curling Brush yesterday. Used it once and got stuck in my hair where I had to cut a huge chunk to get it out. I went to return it today and was told by the clerk she is not authorized to do return and to call corporate. Went home and called corporate and was told she is authorized to do returns so I go back. I paid $62.99 for the curling iron but when she issued the refund it was for only $58.99. They are running a promotion where if you spend over $30.00 you receive a pack of free masks. I was told because of the mask promotion it would only refund me $58.99??? I'm sorry but my bill was $124.00 so even with the deduction of the iron I clearly still spent over $30???? So then she told me to drive home and get the "free" mask pack to get my full $62.99. I said you want to go home and drive back here for a 3rd time to get my additional $4????? I mean seriously Sally's I've been a loyal customer for years and now you are ripping me off? I get it is only $4 but it's the principle for me!!! You lost a customer for life as I'm not interested in doing business with any company that steals from you especially during this pandemic.

Very nice staff! Very helpful! Bought a couple of products at the cashiers recommendation. Wonderful suggestions and very friendly. Also this location is open later than most other Sally's locations in the area so it was great to find they were still open after 6!

Jupiter store has the worst staff of any business that I've been in. The staff is rude, not just to me but to other customers as well. Can't answer basic questions in regards to product, nor do they seem willing to. Would not check inventory or availability of a product. The manager was not wearing a name tag, therefore I have no idea what her name was. She was so rude that I actually heard her muttering under her breath about another customer! Not cool Sally!
