I have used Paul for two other small moves. Everything went well with the first two moves.Paul told me he would have two guys between 9-11am at the pick up spot. They will call 30min out. I called around 11am and Paul said I told you 9-12. No he didn't! Paul said they would be there soon. I called around 1pm and Paul said they would be there in approx 1 hr. I called over and over again and he didn't answer any of my calls. I left a messages and no return calls. You should have just told me you couldnt do it! This seems to be a common practice for Paul:( Shame on you!!! I found another company to do the move last minute.

I accepted Small Move Paul’s quote on January 27, 2023 for a move on February25, 2023. I was concerned about the quote being too low (3 hours to move a two bedroom 1st floor Condo in Jupiter six miles to a house) and the fact that they never came to look at what needed to be moved; but I figured even if the final price doubled to $1,050 from the $525 quote it would be OK. I had moved the same contents 3 years earlier for $900 (that mover went out of business). On the morning of the move, I called when they had not shown up at 9:30 AM. I was told that they would be there by 10:30 AM. I called again at 11:00 and was told that my crew had gone to another job by mistake and they would be at my place by 2:30 PM. When I got upset, Paul threatened to just cancel the job and leave me hanging. When no one showed up by 3:00 PM, I searched for a mover who could do the job in the next two days. We were closing March 1st and had to be out. I found an excellent mover “Move Hub” (he was out of Ft. Lauderdale so I had to pay for transportation) who quoted $1,500 for the move after looking at pictures I sent him of what needed to be moved. At 5:00 PM a contractor that Paul uses (I suspect he is just a broker and he jobs out his moves) called me and said he could show up in a half hour. Really the move would go on into the wee hours of the morning. I live in a gated community which would make this impossible. The actual move turned out to require 6 hours as I suspected it would. Use Small Move Paul at your peril. The guy is unprofessional and unreliable.

Life Savers! Moving is so so stressful. We got several quotes from large companies. From 4K-14k. We decided to rent a trailer and hopefully find someone to help us to load it. I saw a small sign by Publix for small move Paul and called. Yes! They had the manpower. They were prompt, responsive, efficient, joyful, and amazing with my dog, and child. They started at 9:45am and didn’t stop moving our 2 story, 3 bedroom house full of very very heavy items until the job was complete. We are so grateful!! Thank you! Refreshing to know there are still folks out there who care.

Paul answered himself when I called and sent me three great movers the same day. The movers packed me up and moved us fast and they put the boxes where we asked and set up our bed. We our sleeping in our own bed tonight in our new place like we never even moved. Very professional guys and cheaper pricing than everyone else i talked to. Great value with great service. Run away from this company as fast as you can. I would give negative stars if I could. Hired to move contents of a storage garage into a moving truck and after confirming the date and time several times, they didn't show up and the owner didn't seem to care one bit. Their attitude was "we we will get to you when we can". Horribly run company, horrible service, horrible attitude and would never recommend to anyone. If you see one of their hand written small yard signs that they place on private or public property, disregard it and don't call them unless you are looking for a horrible company.Service: Moving-related packing
