Easy to get setup, great service!
Very responsive.
Lease agreement can't really be done using a phone, you're going to need to open that on a computer. Much too small print for a phone and it's too easy to miss fields that you have to enter data, accept options, initial or sign.
Still, it's worth a 5 star rating!

Eddy at the desk took exceptional care of my new account. Clear, thorough, friendly and professional. The cost was more competitive than other options. The facility is extremely secure, clean and manicured. The climate is much cooler and better controlled than other storage facilities I have used. I am new here but so far it looks like I made the best choice. 👍👍

The staff is very nice, Eddie was especially helpful from opening my account to closing the account. I do believe they could improve on the cleanliness of their bathrooms but aside from that it was a pleasant and easy experience to rent storage from this company.
