I went with my sister and my mom to close a account we no longer use, because my sister was getting charged for being 19. I arrive and this lady working at the desk gives us the most rude welcoming being a smart ass and overall talking down to us. I cant remember her name but she was old and rude.

I opened their promotional CD with 5.5% online. About a week or so I received a letter for the CD account confirmation with blank interest rate and other boxes I need to fill in. I went to TD Bank, I was told I'm only getting 1% interest rate for 1 year because I don't have a checking account. Felicia helped me out and waived the $50 penalty for early withdrawal. If I didn't visit and waited 1 year for maturity that's the only time I would know that it's only giving me 1% interest rate. TD Bank online should have a big pop up stating that if I continue I will only get 1% without a checking account. The online version of this promotional CD rate is very deceiving! I'm giving 5 star only for Felicia who helped me withdrew my money and waived the $50 penalty. Thank you Felicia for a wonderful service. If ever I decided to bank with TD bank in the future, it would be because of you.

In the past few months I have had two unusual issues with my TD accounts that needed to be resolved.I went to the Jupiter branch both times and luck of the draw I was seated with customer service Rep Jorge Navarro both times.In both instances Jorge resolved my issues to my great satisfaction. He is always very professional, courteous and pleasantly engaging.I am a small business owner in a customer facing business and it is rare that I receive the same level of customer service that I take pride in providing to my clients.Jorge is a great guy and his professionalism reflects well on the TD bank brand.Thanks Jorge!

THIEF BANK ! Charging $10 to cash a personal check, financial corporations don’t need more money, wish that I could had donated those $10 to someone who really needed, homeless or needy person ! THIEFS !!!!

Worst service ever received. The manager Jeanine and employee Gabby were very rude to me and my husband when we came in to get a new to debit card. Jeanine and Gabby refused to issue my husband a new debit card, because the computer wouldn't send the verification code to his phone. He had has his drivers license and his phone matched the number on file, but the manager would not give him a new debit card. She said another TD bank could give it to him where someone knows him better

Jamari was wonderful… I needed to exchange some US Dollars to Euros in a HURRY!!! Jamari calmed me down and let me know that her branch had enough for me on hand. It was my first time requesting this for a trip to begin 2 days later— too late to order for delivery.Jamari’s calm demeanor and professionalism made me glad to be a TD Bank customer!

Convenient. No drive thru ATM but can access secured ATM in lobby by swiping your card. There is drive thru teller services at specified hours.

This place doesn’t even have a drive through ATM. The parking lot is a maze, an inconvenient one. Always construction going on. Its like they only thought of old people when it was designed? Jupiter as a whole does not cater to anyone who is below retirement age.

Phone support people are souless robots. Too Big Brother for us. Have no trust in TD. Years ago okay with business change too. No service with that now. Too much work I guess. We are out.

Extremely low quality service, also they charge you monthly if your checking or savings drops below a certain amount at any period of time (fine print). They neglect to mention that unless you call about the surcharge. Really sneaky and deceitful. Worst bank I have worked with, would not recommend.
