The OWNER is completely rude and disrespectful I called asking if he could please do something since my 17 year old daughter JUST paid over 130 dollars for a cheap piece of plastic that was not even an iPhone screen from his business the iPhone detected it was not an actual screen even probably something from china for two cents and he replied saying “are you asking me to do something for an irresponsible child” what a PRICK he lost our business for good hopefully his little tech store doesn’t go out of business yikes !
ALSO he lied he never told my daughter anything about the screen not being an apple screen but rather a china screen for $130!!!!! Yes she dropped it she’s a teenager! And this “irresponsible” kid is what keeps you to have customers who come back to your store!!! Very SMART of you! PS he did not offer me any discounted rate so he is also a flat out liar it was the whole reason I called to see what he could do but instead decided calling my teen names was more appropriate I guess. What a complete joke!

I’ve been bringing my electronics to Eli for repairs for a few years now. With two teenagers you can imagine how often I have broken screens to repair! Highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong. If I could give more that 5 stars I would!!

I just had my first experience with TechSmart. I needed the back screen on my iPhone replaced. Eli spoke with me by phone, checked and confirmed he had the correct color and quoted me a price. So very reasonable. I took my phone in and got a quick replacement repair at the quoted price! I am so elated to find someone here in Jupiter that I can depend on to help with tech issues and repairs! While I hope I don't have the need again I'm sure I will at some point! Thank you, Eli!

I want to share my experience with Techsmart. Eli is exceptional. He was able to address my issues with the laptop. I was very appreciative of his help and also his personality. When I picked up my laptop, it was faster and fixed. I'm recommending TechSmart to everyone I know.

The short story I came into the store with a cracked back glass on my iPhone and after two try’s I got back a further damaged phone as a consumer I voiced my opinion on his work quality after one week there was a stress fracture on the new glass ( cheap poor quality parts BTW) which he tried to put on me . There were tooling marks on the camera lens he tried to fix twice, looked like he used steel needle nose pliers, to his credit he reluctantly said he would fix again but I don’t trust his quality of work at this point. To make things worse the speaker on phone is now not working properly either . My advice to all is spend the money, go to apple get it done right like I had to do and they also confirmed that in fact repairs weren’t done properly. I don’t leave reviews ever. However, this man upset me in his store with snarky remarks and I gave in and also started loosing my temper which I’m not proud of.
