I love the Sophia Abacoa! The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The office staff is super helpful and always friendly, making you feel right at home. Maintenance is also incredibly responsive — any issue gets taken care of quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Came to view the apartment complex today and Maddison was so quick to answer all my questions and gave me a full tour of all the amenities and multiple rooms. Super informative and so nice! She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. The apartment complex was so nice and clean. Hope to be moving in soon!

This location is premier! It's located near so many great restaurants and parks. The complex is clean and the pool area is beautiful.

I came for a tour of the property and everything is so beautiful. The location is great with several restaurants nearby. The complex is very clean and well maintained and provides all the amenities you could need. The staff was very friendly and professional. I worked with Shawn and could not have more positive things to say about him and this whole complex. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking.

Horrible customer service/front office team. They were often unfriendly and unhelpful. We were frequently mis-charged on our bill for trash, water etc with no explanation of why we were getting double charged. One of my friends who also lives in the Sophia was harrassed by another male living in the complex and the management team did nothing to help the situation. highly don't recommend choosing this place if you are apartment shopping in the area.
