I love living here at the Sophia. The amenities are amazing from lounging at the luxurious pool to cooling off in the clubhouse or getting a workout in, they have it all. The gym is amazing it’s so clean and has all the equipment you could need for a solid workout. The staff in the leasing office are amazing they are kind, receptive, and they are extremely helpful. I have spoken with Sean, Elizabeth, and Erick many times during and throughout the leasing process and they couldn’t be more helpful and courteous. They are very interactive with the residents and have tons of fun events including gatherings in the clubhouse and decorating contests which you can win prizes for! The maintenance workers are the best they get the job done quick and easy and are always a pleasure. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful community with tons of amazing amenities.

“Home is where the heart is” and we are very content living in a 3 bedroom apartment in the Sophia in Abacoa.The location is ideal as we are within minutes to a variety of restaurants, shopping and 95. The property is well maintained and offers lovely amenities including the pool area, fitness center,grilling areas and variety of areas to share with your dogs. Very pet friendly.If you are looking for an apartment, check us out. You may even catch the residents mingling at a yappy hour or get together.

From the first conversation with me, the video walk through, to the application and the move in, Elizabeth made the process seamless and very easy. The community is located in a great area and offers a bunch of amenities. The day after we moved in, Elizabeth checked in with my husband and I, asked us if we needed anything and even left us bandanas for our dogs! Great place, nice neighbors and very friendly staff :)

We have had the best experience at The Sophia! Eric has been a non-stop gem, providing us with quick & useful information as we've been needing it. Not to mention, the apartments here are amazing, in a great location, and have some super awesome amenities!Highly recommend!!!!!
