Front desk lady was beyond lazy. Told us nothing was available and that what they had was reserved. We checked online once we got into our car and they were not reserved. We reserved a truck and went back in the last then told us she lost the keys. I mentioned there was two trucks and she said the other was reserved. Then offered help to find us a different location. All this could have been prevented if she was honest and helped us from the beginning instead of denying us help. HORRIBLE customer service.

This U-Haul is by far the best I have rented from! They were very efficient and friendly. I also was impressed by the menorah displayed beautifully for Hanukkah !!! I will tell my friends to use this U-Haul .

Nice and clean Uhaul place along with nice value store it storage facility. Barbara at uhaul desk is so nice and offer great service with smile. Great experience.
