Truck was fine. But I specifically asked the guy if there were extra charges for using Turnpike bill by plate. He said no. But they charged me a dollar every time I went a few exits. I disputed the charges, but didn’t hear back.Cost me more than the price of the truck for a dayScam

We always try to rent from this location but no one answers the phone and most of the time the staff is nowhere to be found if you do walk in. I'm not sure what's going on here but I would take your business to the Commerce Lane location just down the road.

This location is open from 12-3:30 pm. I went to pick up my reservation at 8 am through the mobile pick up. No key was left for me or another couple that was there. I called the number it directed me to call. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to have a rude agent answer and actually hang up on me. They really dropped the ball on this. Will never use uhaul again.
