Not sure what is going on with this store over the past 3-4 yrs but I am constantly getting other people’s mail and I am constantly not getting mine. I have delivery confirmations that show “dropped off at front receptionist at ups store” and they state the package is not there or was logged to another box member?! It happens way too much and the excuse I get every time is they’ve recently hired new staff… the training still falls on you. These are just of packages that I know of. Paying this amount of money for a box is not worth it as many times as they lose my packages.

Patrick is wonderful- super helpful and really nice.
However, the hours on this GMB page are wrong - they close at 3 on Sunday not 4. Can someone at UPS update?

Went in to drop off a package the employee was staring at his phone the entire time. Was starring at his phone as he held the receipt then was like oh yeah here ya go. Wooow impressive.

Returning things to Amazon is nobody’s favorite thing… Especially me, but when I go to this special, UPS store, the management and all the workers are just so extremely helpful, calm, professional and it is actually a pleasure. I walk out with a huge smile! The best best best best best experience I could ever have!! Kudos ??

Always friendly, especially the tall, thin gentleman. Never a long wait. They provide service with a smile. Much better than the UPS store on Donald Ross Rd. And Military!

Please change your google hours. The posted weekend hours are not correct. Door Sign says closed Sundays. This has happened a few times on Sat/Sun. It’s inconvenient.
