Joseph has been so helpful every single time I’ve been into this specific UPS store location, today I was at two other ones in the area because I was running errands elsewhere, and no one could help me so I ended up coming by because Joseph always knows how to get what I need done when it comes to shipping or document notarization

I went yesterday to send a very important envelope from the UPS Store at 5500 Military Trail in Jupiter to Stuart (1 hour's drive) to arrive today before 3pm. I just checked the tracking and it is stuck in WPB at their facility. When I called I was informed that it is because it didn't arrive to that facility until 7:30pm last night. Now I have been told that it won't arrive to the destination u until MONDAY BY 3:00PM!!! Not even first thing on Monday morning!!!!! This is SO unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Last time I am using UPS!!! I could have (and should have) driven the thing up to Stuart myself! The manager at the store couldn't have cared less when I called to complain. He told me to write a review on Google, so that's what I'm doing.

I really try to avoid this store versus the other one in Jupiter. They don’t seem to understand what you’re telling them you want done and then look at you weird when they’ve done it wrong after all …you really have to pay attention as a staff doesn’t really seem to know what they’re doing.

Joe, the store manager is very good at his job. Whether we need to ship packages or make Amazon returns or whenever we need a notary, Joe handles our transactions professionally, competently and in a friendly manner. This store is an asset to our community.

These guys were great! They helped me redirect a package was shipped to a Florida address, rather than our Chicago Address.
Joseph (Store manager) and Deon were super helpful and got me squared away while I coordinated from Chicago!

Avoid this store at all costs. I came in to send a UPS Priority Mail package. They charged me $20.63 and handed me a receipt labeled “Metered Mail Ground Advantage” with a tracking number. For days I tried to track the package without success. When I returned to the store, I discovered that despite charging me for the premium UPS service, they had actually sent my documents through USPS and given me a fake UPS tracking number.
My very important documents are now lost, and the store refuses to take responsibility. Their only response was, “It’s a USPS problem now; we can’t help you.” I kept asking why my shipment went via USPS when I specifically requested UPS, but they offered no explanation. They overcharged me and caused the loss of my very important documents. Steer clear of this place.

I had a great experience here. The team was very attentive and patient— helping me with any questions I had. Thank you UPS at Jupiter. Me and my husband will be coming back. Great service and fast!

Workers are very slow and inattentive. Constantly confused, almost as if they’re all stoned. Scalping prices, they’ve tried to charge me $750 to send a 20lb parcel internationally when I went on Pirate Ship and it was only $150. Every time I go in to drop something off someone is in there complaining about the price they’re being charged. Someone should look into this location.

Caution using UPS for quick delivery. I paid $55 for two day delivery. Package was supposed to be there Friday (dropped of early Wednesday morning). Never left the local facility until the following Monday, with no explanation. I asked for some sort of refund and they advised there is no such thing. Upon checking USPS they offer a 2 day guarantee with money back if they don't perform. Just a suggestion check other carriers that have a more gracious guarantee if they don't perform.

This store has more than once surprised me with terrible customer service . They possess zero interpersonal skills i don’t know who does the hiring but I find it shocking.
