The woman behind the counter couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful when I was trying to send something to my daughter in Ireland. I really appreciated her patience. I don't think they hear it often enough.

Very accommodating and nice workers! Plus, since it's not a money making scheme for shareholders, like UPS and FedEx, I can spend my money there without contributing to wealth inequality
