Hours: The United States Postal Service is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to every residential and business address. Reviews of a specific location note both positive service and operational challenges. Customers report very accommodating and nice workers, with clerks described as friendlier, more helpful, patient, and providing great customer service. Experiences include issues being resolved quickly in a timely manner and helpful explanations for services. However, the inside of the facility is noted as looking really broken down. A common criticism is an extremely long line every time, attributed to only two clerks working, which is seen as definitely not enough given the customer traffic. Despite the line moving very quickly, the staffing and condition of the building are noted drawbacks.
