Had a little mishap with my brand new truck and thought I messed up the brake fluid line on my front passenger tire. I called Mark at Venture Auto Werks and he told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. I dropped it off and went about my day. Within a couple of hours I got a call saying he did a thorough check and even got a second opinion from another mechanic and they found nothing wrong with the truck whatsoever. I asked him to bill me for his time and he refused saying that he couldn't charge me since there was nothing to fix. He was such an honest mechanic who just wanted to do the right thing. I highly recommend this auto shop if you have any issues with your car.

Mark is excellent. The dealership had my car for a week and made it worse. I was referred to Venture and he fixed it perfectly (valve gasket replaced). I recommend him highly!

We were on our way to Miami for a cruise and broke down on I-95 at 10pm on a Saturday. I looked up the nearest VW mechanic and saw Venture’s great reviews. I thought I would attempt to call to see if there was an after hours number but I didn’t leave a message. Mark called me back almost immediately and was very friendly and reassuring. We had the tow truck bring the car to Venture and Mark told us he would take care of it. Communication on the cruise was spotty but Mark got in touch with me on Monday morning with a diagnosis and got our car up and running. We will actually need additional warranty repairs through Volkswagen but Mark has given us all the information we need for the dealership back at home. We were able to pick up our car from a safe location the next Sunday on the way home from the cruise and Mark called me the next day to make sure we made it back safely. Everyone in Jupiter, FL should use Mark and Venture for all your automotive needs. He saved our vacation!

While ago I had issue with my Volkswagen no mechanic knew what was wrong with it. Went to Mark and his team. They quickly figured it out and fixed it for reasonable price. This is the only place I go to with my car problems saves time and money.

I came into Venture with a quick question not sure if they could help me with my car. Essentially the people that did my oil change didn't tighten everything correctly and so I had a giant piece under my car flapping around on the highway.
Mark was super nice and took my car in to do a quick look. They kindly did a temporary fix free of charge for me and he offered to order my parts ASAP.
Thank you guys for your awesome customer service. I recommend these guys if you're in the area!

Kudos to Mark and his team at VAW. There was a very odd & difficult problem with my Ford Expedition that seemed to be pointing in one way, but Mark caught a very slight abnormality in a completely different component that turned out to be the root cause of the problem. It was a very hard to detect error. Much thanks and praise to these guys. Awesome Job. Highly Recommended!!!
