I have never experienced such an awful pharmacy. When they just don’t feel like answering the phone they just pick up and put people on hold endlessly. I spent an hour and a half today throughout the day trying to uncover why they rejected my daughter’s refill. I called the doctor only to find out they did it despite the doctor having a refill. By 7pm I finally got the “pharmacist” on the phone and called him out on his and his staffs antics of purposely avoiding calls. He denied it. Based on all these reviews I am unsure how he still has a job but see I don’t write reviews and walk away and forget my frustrations especially when it involves my kids. I needed that script before my daughter went out of town. Now she won’t have her meds in time. I called corporate and won’t stop until this is handled. Find a different pharmacy. This one is a disgrace.

Sign on door and Google both say open 24 hours. Employees are inside, front doors are locked and no one responds. Before 1:00am.

Manager Frank (pharmacist) hung up on me when I asked why they would not refill wife’s pain prescription after 30 days. Said he refilled a day before on previous month so he took it on himself to police the situation. She is out of her medicine today and can’t get it until tomorrow night. She takes this medicine because she needs it for the Pain.
Guess she will stay in pain!! Thanks Walgreens and Frank for the terrible customer service. We will be switching pharmacies tomorrow. This experience explains why your stock is tanking and down to all time lows. If I was foolish enough to buy your stock, I’d sell it immediate on markets open tomorrow.

This Walgreens pharmacy has failed on every level and deserves less than 1 star. I paid for my RX’s, delivery fee, and tip for driver. The app says ready for courier. The store has done this twice. No delivery, no explanation, no help. Called corporate on both occasions. Still nothing done. Still no delivery. The second occasion, my husband had to go to the store to get my RX’s. They said they could not give them to him as he has to pay for them. I paid on the app for a delivery and paid for RX’s. The pharmacy employees had the RX’s ready for pick up for the courier. But they did nothing else. This is the second time. Done.

customer service here is a joke little girl up front messed up my transaction and tried to be slick with it. and management is a joke. manager gives attitude when she has to fix mistakes made by employees.

The Walgreens near me is abysmal, deserving less than 1 star. Despite automated messages claiming my prescription is ready, I consistently wait another two hours upon arrival. They fail to check insurance, opting to bill the highest amount automatically. The customer service is dreadful, with employees showing a clear lack of motivation and willingness to assist. This location is a nightmare for anyone needing reliable and efficient pharmacy services.

Sent over an RX to this location, after calling and confirming with the pharmacist that they do in fact have the product. Sat there for hour and a half for them to tell me 1 part of the rx is ready but never received anything from doctor on the 2nd part. The pharmacist refused to cooperate and talk to the doctor. Who was on the other line on hold with the same store I’m standing in. I was pushed to the side by every customer that I watched come in. We will find another pharmacy going forward! Absolutely un called for and un professional. My client is at home in pain waiting for is prescription they’re just playing with. Frank is the pharmacist on duty, on a real power trip. I was asked to leave becuase his insecurity couldn’t handle my real life conversation with the doctor, as he sits and waits for someone to answer the phone! I’ve never seen a pharmacist act in this manner and o have been picking up regularly for 8 years! He deserves to be fired

If it wasn’t for your day staff this would have been a 1 star review, your pharmacist over night on 2/16 was dumber than a box of rocks. She is the lowest of lows, only wanting to do the minimum. I asked this pharmacist if she could take some information over the phone, no you have to come in. Mind you I’m 90 miles from home in the hospital with my son who is trying to be discharged. Called this morning after shift change and the pharmacist had no issues with taking that same information over the phone so I didn’t drive out there and waste gas. She also gave me more information and the RX’s that were sent can not be crushed so the doctor is sending new RX over. Thank you so much day shift pharmacy!!!!!

So as of today at about 130 until 2 o’clock I was at this Walgreens location. There was an older woman with glasses, wearing a blue collared shirt and black pants with blonde short hair so I believe to be a manager of some sort I called beforehand, asking for help with the photos And I asked why maybe all the current CVS locations could possibly be closed and some of the Walgreens closing at 1:30 and she replies I don’t know I don’t work for CVS. I work for Walgreens. Completely rude. As I walk towards the beauty section I see you’re helping with a return , and she’s arguing and yelling at her employees who are super nice by the way in front of customers and I think that is completely unprofessional. This woman should not be running a business when she doesn’t know how to talk to customers or her staff.

Horrible customer service! The pharmacist asst named Sheri there is not professional every time you call to check status he puts you on hold and continues hold without even saying a word. SHe doesn't even say hello this is Walgreens. It's same thing every time. This place has went down hill. Extremely unprofessional, Shari. The worst customer service.
