Horrible customer service! The pharmacist asst named Sheri there is not professional every time you call to check status he puts you on hold and continues hold without even saying a word. SHe doesn't even say hello this is Walgreens. It's same thing every time. This place has went down hill. Extremely unprofessional, Shari. The worst customer service.

My wife was at home with bad Covid. The doctor called in a prescription for Paxlovid. I called to see if it was ready and they told me it was at Donald Ross Walgreens. I drive all the way there and they know nothing about it. I drive back and now they tell me they don’t have it. Doctor tells them it’s on the voicemail, which they tell me is broken. He the sends it electronically and I go back a 3rd time.Now the complete J*** of a pharmacist tells me he will not fill it because the doctor is not our primary care physician. WHAT!?!An emergency doctor prescribed it.He was just trying to be difficult because I had been back 3 times.The doctor sent it to CVS and I got it 15min later.

Location intentionally falsely advertises prices. Attempted to buy something that had a ticket for BOGO. It didn’t ring up that way. Cashier says that their manager asks them to put up the sale tickets early and sale doesn’t start until tomorrow. Yet nowhere on the advertised price does it have a start date. Says good through July 1.Employees are clueless and have ZERO customer service skills.

!!DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS WALGREENS!!On 5/11 I bought a $100 Visa Vanilla gift card. When I opened it up, 4 of the numbers on the front were scratched off as well as the security code on the back. Walgreens has a no refund or return policy on gift cards.

EXTREMELY unprofessional I was just there and I was issues with my card and I told her to give me a second and the cashier dumped out all of my stuff onto the counter and embarrassed me in front of everyone the manager was nice but obviously allows her to act like that towards customers will never be going back horrible customer service

Had a super pleasant experience yesterday and wanted to share that Ella was so helpful to my brother, who has vision loss. It’s the middle of season but she took the time to go above and that means so much!

Thank you for being open 24/7!! And, thank you specifically to the late shift pharmacist. She is always so pleasant and diligent. After dealing with a sick kid and advocating for their healthcare, her empathy really has an impact. I hope she knows!

So if you're going to get a passport make sure you don't use the older white lady. I asked her multiple times to retake the photo but she was worried about doing someone else's photo book. She took one shitty photo and wouldn't take another one when my son was not red from be upset. $20 down the drain! We went back the next day and he wouldn't get out of the stroller to try again. We had one shot to take a photo but she was to lazy to take a better photo when she had a chance too

Worst service, went to the pharmacy and no willingness to help, after they told me they didn’t had the medicine I need it, I asked if they could check another Walgreens and they make me wait and wait for someone else that knows how to check in the system all for nothing because the old man in the pharmacy said to the young lady that was assisting me that the medicine can’t be look up and that was it for me no one wanted to check waisted my time waiting, every employee there look so miserable , I will never go to this pharmacy neither recommend it, terrible service and no compassion my husband was sick this is why we waited to get an answer on his prescription

By far the worse place to unload. shouldn’t be even a 1 star. Guard shack man is by far the rudest person ever. Ridiculous unload time. Every person working here just has a serious attitude.???

I had a horrible experience. I have gone there on and off for 2 decades. I needed some medicine and we had a Hurricane coming. I live 45 miles away. I have often gone to this Pharmacy for years. Watch out for Frank the pharmacist and the rest of the staff who hides the fact that apparently Frank is his own boss and does whatever he wants. After texting me and telling me prescription was ready and was sitting there for 2 days....Frank not only refused my meds but kept my prescription. When I asked him why he was refusing me he said "Why are you still in my drive thru?" . I am not going to go into a long rant about this because they have wasted enough of my time but be careful, I smell discrimination. What comes around, always goes around. The Corporation did nothing about it. I wrote Corporate and not even a reply to solve the matter, they just sent me back to the Store Manager at the store who basically told me nothing at all other than sorry. Meantime, CVS, down the street, happily filled my prescription after I have to fight for the one this Walgreens kept. They not only lost my business but my parents who have been going there for 20 years as well. CVS is the place to go to when in Jupiter. His picture and name is right at the front of the store.

Waited 15 mins on line as the cashier had a convo with someone she knew, 5-6 people waiting on line. I then realized I bought the wrong thing and went back to return and the same cashier tells me next time my return has to go to customer service because this holds up her line. She obviously didn’t recognize that I was the next person in line waiting for her to finish talking to her friend for 15 mins when I purchased the item. Certain things you don’t say to customers and their customer service is never staffed so logically you go to a register that has someone there.

I have been getting my medications for years and since dealing with walgreen employee/pharmacist Frank I’ve had nothing but unpleasant unprofessional service from Walgreens. I need to go on a trip and needed my meds filled two days early which they have done and you have a 3 day grace period. Since he is miserable and rather walk between the isles talking on his phone he threatened not to fill my prescription for a week. I’m going to wait until he is gone after work today to talk to another pharmacist or I will take this up to the next step. Also he refused to give me his name and again threatened my medication saying if I complain I can’t pick it up at all. Totally unprofessional and Frank needs to be replaced. My wife had the same issue with her heart meds with him.

If I could, I would give no stars the overnight pharmacist guy is a joke! He’s really disrespectful. He’s really rude!! Something needs to be done about him.
