I used to work at this Walgreens location, under different management. The new manager is incredibly rude to her employees and to the customers. They changed their hours too! 0 stars!

Awful. If you have an appointment it's meaningless. They make you sit there and wait even if they aren't busy. Not sure why anyone would go to Walgreens. Customer service was never taught to the staff. Never again.

Is there negative stars? I made an appointment for a flu shot. Arrived on time, waited 45 minutes and then they gave me the paperwork... the wrong paperwork for the wrong vaccine and the wrong person. I then filled out my own paperwork and waited another 10 minutes. Just wow. Second time Walgreens almost gave me the wrong vaccine, two different locations though, both in Florida

worst pharmacy ever had the displeasure to deal with. submit a script and they never fill it, never call you to alert you. they are terrible. insurance pays for Rx submitted and they never fill it with no courtesy call. I despise this pharmacy location. problems every single time I use them.

This Pharmacy is the best ever! I only use this Walgreens when I am in town and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. The pharmacist Paul is very kind, patient, and accommodating. Also, I give high compliments to Alexander (tech) who was so helpful and thoughtful and thorough. A new pharmacist Jeremy was equally wonderful when he was there while Paul was on vacation. Jeremy was so personable and helpful and stopped what he was doing to check on everything for us. And then there is manager Yaselin who is super sweet and smiling all the time. I had to have a prescription called in to this Walgreens for my daughter who was visiting her grandmother for the holidays. Paul and Alexander went above and beyond to make sure they had it in stock so that it would be available for my daughter on the day she arrived (flying to WPB from college). I had several personal phone calls from Paul and Alexander to accommodate our special situation. I am extremely grateful and very appreciative of all they did to help our family. Thank you!

Ok so made a 11:00 Am appointment for a booster. I was there at 10:55 . Showed my previous card enemy though I did everything on line . Then more computer verification. Then 10 minutes later the same girl that started with me prints out a questionnaire sheet I said oh I did all this on line poise downloaded the vac cards . " oh yea our system is down and that doesn't work ! Well if you know it's Bork working why have us jump through 15 minutes of rabbit hole work . Disappointing. Then I sit for another 7 minutes while she works with another customer leaving me . Then she comes back with the booster and asks if I have a mask ? I'm not wearing one and she's masked up plus shield and gloves . I say no and she gives me a mask . I get the booster. All in all the paper work is incomplete, the online questionnaire is a waste of time . And this location is not the most efficient run pharmacy. I really don't get why someone would stop what there doing with a customer and start waiting on a new customer and then come back . I didn't complain but will not return to that Walgreens location on US 1 in Jupiter . Lesson learned

Horrible experience! Wanted to purchase 4 clear eyes. Had tag for $2 discount on each on shelf. It wasn't deducting the $2 at register. Supervisor was extremely rude. Wouldn't honor. Lost a customer over $8. Will never return here!

Beware they have favorites! I was in the front of a line standing for 5 minutes. Some rude person walked in front of me and all of a sudden they got help. I could tell they were friends. Even others around me were offended. When I stated I had been standing there first I was told there were 2 lines, not one. No lines are designated. First come, favorites served is how this place operates. Beware.

I love this Walgreens. Whenever I need something I always go here because the prices are cheap especially after the holidays they have big 70% off sales. The cashiers are nice most of the time and I'll definitely keep going here

If I could give the pharmacy tech 5 stars, and the store overall 1 star I would. She was awesome.I got my first vaccine and the pharmacy was great. You have to stay in the store for 15 min following just in case of a reaction. Grabbed a few things my teen needed, and went to check out. Shockingly it didn’t ring up right. This happens almost every single time I go to Walgreens. No ones behind me, when I ask about it she goes “It’s not the right ones” Cool okay I’ll get the right ones. She just stares at me in annoyance. Says nothing. I just bought them both at full price and left.

I was in the area to meet my husband on break & we stopped by. I was welcomed with a smile. We shop here sometimes. A quick in and out just to purchase things we forgot like sunscreen and any clearance items for kids items for our daughter or her friends to use at the beach.

Pharmacist Paul overheard an issue with a rebate care and went above and beyond to ensure my prescription rebate card was applied correctly- bringing my total from $150 to $9!!! I cannot express my gratitude for taking the time to make such a difference. Venkiria was very sweet, she did not hesitate to take the time to correct the issue- I am so appreciative and will be coming back to this location
