Worst customer service ever. Minimal checkouts staffed by personnel. There isn’t one decent shopping cart. It’s probably one of the worst managed Walmarts I have ever visited. You would expect more in a place like Jupiter. At least bring it up to a normal level. I think no one else has the guts to say it or just doesn’t know any better. big thumbs down!
The Pharmacy is the only thumbs up in the entire operation.

I'm not really sure why but this store has gone really downhill in the past year. The employees are so rude and (no I'm not saying this because it's a predominantly black store) I can't get anyone who speaks English to help me most of the time. I've seen workers sitting out front for hours after we've been shopping on the phone or laughing with other workers about people struggling in the parking lot.
I've only had three nice workers, the last time I was there I had someone fall in the store and asked them to call 911 and the two workers were speaking perfect English, switched to Haitian, laughed, then just kept repeating (someone fell?) And refused to come over and look while giving me a really snotty look on their face.
Look I get it's retail. I do. But I don't understand why this Walmart hires predominantly people who don't speak English, in a Spanish-English community who are really rude when they're asked something. Honestly I'd just take your business to the local Publix. They're really friendly and sometimes I get a few good jokes in with employees because they actually treat me like a human being and not whisper racist things about me in Haitian they think I can't understand.
Main complaints:
Store is always stocking no matter what to the point you can't access any aisles.
the carts for disabled people are broken and only three work. The employees are really racist for some reason if you aren't mixed or black as given by other reviews, and the managers are seemingly non-existent.
Edit as of 2025, March: they finally replaced the Carts WOOOOOOOOOOOO. Bumped to two stars.

Nothing is ever in the right place with the correct price and when you call them on their employees not knowing how to do their job, they don’t care. Businesses should be held accountable and honor the price when they are at fault. This particular time I checked the name on the tag which matched the item. Yet they still tried to say it was the wrong item. Walmart is the biggest scam out there.

Employees are rude and careless. Most of them are on their phones giggling with whoever is on the other end of the line. They are not helpful whatsoever.
This is probably part of the reason why all of the pokemon cards are always stolen. I know they weren't paid for because there is always pack wrappers, empty tins, and leftover cards that nobody wants left in the isle. There isn't even a camera on the isle with all of the cards. I've lived here for over a year and never have I once seen sealed pokemon product, and I come in on a weekly basis at minimum
This isn't the only problem that is caused by careless employees at this location...
Need something unlocked from a glass case? Too bad because apparently nobody has the key or even knows where it is
Have a question about a product? Forget about it, if the answer isn't on their phone they have no idea.
Curious about when an item could potentially end up back on shelves? They have not a clue
I know for a fact I am not the only one experiencing these issues. Highly don't recommend this place until they get new management.

I love it when I go with a varied and eclectic list and find everything I need! I was tired, but managed to get in and get out with a large number of items.

I shop here only because it’s cheaper than Publix. The employees here are predominantly non-English speaking and they take lethargy and laziness to an all new level. If you need help finding an item, find someone who is not Haitian or ask a customer for help. If you ask a Haitian for help you will get blank stares, a non-verbal response, just plain garbled verbiage or simply ignored. This is no lie.
Half of the employees in the store are pushing carts and filling online orders for outside customers. They block the aisles, oblivious to the fact you are trying to go past them and shop for yourself.
Trolleys filled with boxes blocking aisles all the time. Women employees yelling and in verbal arguments with each other behind the deli and bakery counters. Two Haitian women employees yelling at their supervisor when she asked them to stop what they were doing and redirected them to another task. Unbelievable.
Employees on their cellphones, ignoring customers. They take voluntary blindness to a new level.

February 2025 by Hello Everyone
(091524 11:30am - Jupiter, Florida) GIVING ONE STAR ONLY DUE TO ONE EMPLOYEE - (who I'm sure if he ever sees / hears of it will laugh). A very disrespectful "kid" (I won't call him a young man because his behavior was that of an adolescent) pushing a large pick up order cart. Twice I watched him give the cart a big shove to get to where he wanted it to be while he lazily followed behind once it "landed." Not only did it almost hit me one time, but had happened to at least 2 others that I saw. In fact, a Manager noticed my event near the stockroom door. I told him that he might want to slow down a bit and he scoffed & laughed at me and went straight into the stockroom. I slowly opened the door to see if I could see a Manager in there while the obnoxious employee tried very hard to get out of my line of sight, but noticed a very nice, young man who apologized for the rude employee, who had already cut in front of me and 1 other lady in the refrigerated area to get what he wanted; so close that each of us had to back up in order not to be hit by the fridge doors. I had about 30 items on my list yesterday after church, but after this episode, all I wanted to do was leave, so I left with only 5 items and purchased the remainder from Target even though it was significantly further away.
I had given up on this Walmart for many years until I stopped in on a Sunday after church during the summer months and noticed a very big difference with the look, feel, even employee attitude while shopping, as well as what seemed to be possibly corporate support professionals actively working to improve the store. I even stopped & asked 2 of them about it, and they were appreciative that I had noticed the change. I didn't see any of these folks during my visit, so perhaps their time is done at this store. That's unfortunate because I definitely would've gone straight to them about this rude employee (tall, thin, young, male, long, dark hair). I was actually on my way to the Customer Service desk to report him when I noticed a Manager that I knew had been there awhile and mentioned the entire episode to her. She had seen one of the events from afar and was on her way to speak with him.
It might be time to give up on this Walmart again.
Meanwhile, if anyone should be in the Orlando area, I was there last weekend and the Turkey Lake store is AMAZING! They've really outdone themselves upgrading this store. I first noticed it when getting a cart that was new, clean, taller, and actually rolled from the outside lot. It was a great event!
