Customer Service skills mean nothing. GM or BM should be ashamed. Don’t know why i’m still a member. I should check to see if they’ve opened any fraudulent accounts without my consent. Poor rates so honestly it’s good they finally made me THINK WHY I BANK HERE. ??

I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for as long as I can remember and this location provides the worst customer service. Staff is rude and no one is ever available to assist.

Had a great experience with Michael today. I had quite a few transactions to process, so we talked for quite a while. He spoke very highly of Wells Fargo and told me about his long term aspirations of going back to school and being a banker.Taking time to slow down in life and get to know someone, especially in the service industry, can often mean more than you know. It costs nothing to be kind. And you stand to gain much in riches. I hope Wells Fargo sees what a gem they have in Michael.

Came to do a wire for a home purchase. Latino female teller was very short with me. Said if I didn’t h e an appointment then it would be a long wait. Didn’t do a single thing to help accommodate. Tried to send me to another location down the road.

Maria Yates and other bank clerks offered me NO help what so ever!!! They just stared at me look at me like I was made of glass. Meanwhile other customers walked on and where properly greeted and offered help while I stood there being completely ignored!! ? So I just walked out.

My grandma has an account here and every time I bring her it’s a 30 min wait. One teller. Just to add someone onto an account takes an hour.

Great to deal with a familiar Branch Manager (Hema) that is knowledgeable and customer service orientated, and goes the extra step for customers in ensuing that the tellers do an outstanding job (Myrna) - ThankYou!

Horrible customer service. They always just pawn you off to the next person who cant help you , without resolving your problems. No attempt to even really help you through an issue .

Its 12:54pm on Thursday Nov 7th.The lady working the drive through teller has horrible communication. I repeated my request 3 times and still she didnt acknowledge me. Will not be returning to this wells fargo account. Very annoying!

Very snotty very rude not friendly at all they look you up and down like you're a piece of crap I mean who are they what are they making an hour 15 bucks? The bank teller was talking very low to another person I thought she was talking to me and I said excuse me she said I'm not talking to you!" Go Home and wax your mustache lady

If I were to purchase a house in this environment I would certainly use Wells Fargo!
