Big bureaucratic business here!!! Zero care or service. Email says your prescription is ready, wait on line, get a rude person to tell you sorry it's not in and the computer is sending notices when it's filled for them 300 miles away. Try calling them? Good luck ! A continual loop of ghost music followed by someone picking up and resetting you back on hold without even speaking. These monster drug stores will be eaten alive by the small mom and pop places with good reason!!! Bye bye walgreens.

Can I just say Karen in the pharmacy is the best thing going. She always reminds you of scripts to fill, helps you get the cheapest price with different plans, reminds you about flu shots and helps with everything Walgreens and does it all like she has eight hands. She really is awesome.

where is KAREN??? 6 cars in line, so I walked in. The truck in line w 5 cars behind it is still at the window. The girl Working the window needs much more training!!!

lisa Ares the pharmacy manager refused a NP prescription because she said that they were not licensed. I had to get my NP to send me their license and screen shot from the state. I went to another Walgreens pharmacy and they stated she was just being lazy and didn't want to fill the drug because it was 7.30 pm at night. Walgreens should fire her! Pathetic customer care! Many people who need drugs should not have to fight to get them!
