John, the project manager, made sure everything was done right, and Nick and his installation crew were meticulous and left everything spotless. Highly recommend this company!

My husband & I thought long & hard about installing impact windows. We interviewed a number of suppliers & after much thought we chose Window & Door Replacement Company. We are thrilled with the results of our choice. The installation crew did a fabulous job. They were respectful of our home - very careful , clean & helpful when we had a question. The crew definitely knew exactly what the were doing. The job foreman, Alex, was here with us all day & couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered all of our questions & kept us informed about each step of the process. They covered our floor’s & furniture & worked
extremely efficiently. The job foreman. JD, was here first thing in the morning to let us know what to expect & also to inform us about the permits. The crew was extremely well & pleasant. We are thrilled with the windows & the installment process. Thank you JD & Alex! Every company should have such wonderful employees.

I appreciate the privilege of leaving a review because it allows me to voice my opinion while avoiding unnecessary conflict. My first experience with Windows and Doors was positive. The initial crew that installed my windows did an excellent job, and I was very satisfied with the outcome.
However, my second experience—installing impact sliders—was very different. The second crew did not operate with the same level of professionalism or attention to detail. I felt misled and rushed through the process. One of the products arrived damaged, and although it was eventually replaced, the situation was frustrating.
When the sliders were being adjusted, the technician initially did the bare minimum, and I had to repeatedly advocate for myself because the sliders were not locking properly. Only after pushing the real issue was addressed. Additionally, my pavers were left a mess, covered in cement, which was disappointing.
Given the cost—about $14,000 for the windows and nearly $15,000 for the sliders—I expected consistent quality across both installations. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. While my first install went well, the lack of attention to detail the second time around has made me hesitant to use this company again.

Fantastic company to work with! We had a custom window made for a large opening and WDRC was fantastic from start to finish. There team in the office and the field were nothing but professional and we will definitely use them again on out next door or window project!

I am so pleased with my new sliding glass doors. They slide beautifully, definitely soundproof but most of all they feel secure. The service and attention of the company is outstanding! So glad I chose MCI.

Windows have had condensation on inside since they were installed, im told this is normal but have a hard time believing that. The contractor grade windows that they replaced did the same thing which is one of the reasons I bought new ones. I purchased inpact and energy efficient windows and notice little to no difference in energy bill, and I still have the inside condensation issue, not much of a upgrade for the amount they cost.
